Hey .. wonderful video. Really well explained. I was wondering if you could share where do you get the transfert sheets and what kind are you using? cheers
Mylo. Amazing content. Super informative and you explain it simple and easy. Man. This is a game changer. I’ve been pressing shirts with outsourced transfers. But I have screen print experience and been wanting to invest in my own set up and into making my own transfers. Do you have a round about number of a shelf life for the screen printed transfers? Or do you need to press them immediately after screen printing on the transfer sheet?
When laying down a multi color transfer, I assume that you lay the colors down in the opposite order of how you would apply it to a shirt or other direct print substrate, correct?
@@myloprints God bless you. Bro...with CMYK you should have printed in reverse order and add as final layer, a white under base for dark garments, just like a DTF printer...then, add the powder, cure it and press it. God is with all us...Blessings
Great video! I’m reaserching if I could do I white base screen print and sublimate cmyk on top. Just wondering could it be the cmyk process didn’t work on the black t-shirt, because you did not add white ink in the back of it all? So the design did not have a white base? I’m wondering if the ink process should be reversed as the image will be transferred in mirror, maybe black should be transferred first, then the colors, then white, so when it’s transferred on the t-shirt, the color order is inverted leaving the white as a first layer and so on…
Great video, however, you said in the video that you would include links in the description where you purchased the supplies you used, however, there are no links. Where did you get the transfer paper, powder, and inks to make the transfers? Thanks
Hey thank you .., yes the links are in my bio … go to the screen printing equipment and you will find all the stuff there just type .. Adhesive powder ..
I have been a screen printer since way back in the day this is the most realistic and great tips I've ever seen in 1 video ever... Great work! buddy. 👍😁✌
Would a base white for the last pass help for the black shirt? But that would be 5 colors CMYK + base white? I think that design would look amazing on black shirt.
Hello, it was a really interesting video, I really enjoyed it and I hope that you will progress a lot in the path. I just didn't understand two things, what is the INK you use and is the Adhesive you use DTF Adhesive?
Very nice! Dtf seems to be what some people want nowadays with it becoming more popular. Could you try using vinyl as a sentcil in place of emulsion/transparencies?
Mylo Thank you for your videos, your running a professional business and make time to produce videos From filming editing and uploading all takes time Cheers Dave
loved the vídeo, i can't seem to understand one thing though. when talking about printing a design, why would you use this method? like instead of printing in the transfer and then the transfer to the shirt why not print directly on the shirt? would love to learn what I'm missing!! thanks
@@myloprints great! so its more a situational thing . good to know, thank u. I really wanna try this to have a stock for the shirt sizes prints that look always the same
So it's safe to assume that this process would be more beneficial if you are selling screen printed transfers vs. screen printing directly on to the shirts. Reason being is that if you have a shirt order why go through the extra steps of creating transfers when you can just screen print directly on to the shirt. Thoughts?
Hey mylo.. thank you for sharing your journey along with providing so much helpful information... I made my first purchase using your discount code.. you also helped save me money... Wow.. thank you so much 🙏 god bless
Yes, there are quite a few places that will produce screens from your artwork, a quick search should find a few for you. I haven't tried any yet, but did see that Holden Screen Printing advertised on their site that they make screens from your art... I believe Arena does also, but not sure... sorry, sending this off quick before bolting to work, or I would send links
Logically and automatically, the CMYK process for dark media need the white base too, so it should CMYKW just like DTG and DTF. And tranfers should always mirrored.
Thank you but it won't work with CMYK. because the inks are very light (transparent). on top of that the colors won't mix and match to give me the results that I'm looking for.
@@myloprints so I have to ask and please let me know. What kind of paper is that being used. ? Is it. Transfer film. Transfer paper. Dtf film. Idk all the names. But I hope you can tell me
I will admit to being confused. It seems that the transfer requires twice as much work as simply screen printing? You have to screen print onto the transfer and then after the powder process, you have to heat press the transfer onto the garment. When would you want to do this rather than just screen printing?
You’re using some terms that beginners won’t understand. Like “off contact” or “high mesh” and there’s others too…this might be good for intermediate, but I’m a true beginner and I’m already lost.
Hope this Video help in anyway God Bless❤
Thank you for all the game 🫱🏾🫲🏼
Sir. You are an inspiration ✨️. If I can make even a 1000 in a months time.. I'm gifting you a thank you

how about giving a white base coat after the CMYK print which can be transfer to the black t shirt or other dark colour t shirt
Hey Mylo thanks for sharing! Where can I buy the paper for the transfers and the powder?
This is awesome!!! You make it look so easy

What if you put first white base before cmyk for black tshirt
Yes than that will definitely work on black t-shirts .,
Could you use water based ink work for this as well?
Yes
Have you tried cmyk with a a white under base ?
Same method for high density additives? I want to print on transfers so I can store different colors of my designs
Would the CMYK print succeed if you add a white base under first tht is flashed?
Always inspire
Milo what paper do you use ?
9:30 So by doing a transfer like this instead of printing directly onto the shirt makes the ink blend into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it?
For black CMYK, white base > flash then run the colors? Hopefully trying this sometime soon
@myloprints what kind of paper are you using?
God bless you g, really helpful would love to connect and learn more about other heat transfers like puffy, high density and water based

My man, that lion! Very cool. God bless
so how do you get your design on transfer paper
Will any inkjet printer do for printing the transfer?
Hello, it was a really interesting video, I really enjoyed it and I hope that you will progress a lot in the path. I just didn't understand two things, what is the INK you use and is the Adhesive you use DTF Adhesive?
Can I use a heat press machine to heat up the transfers papers ??
Great educational videos on t-shirt printing. Just wanna ask where do you buy your equipments for 4 color station printing?
Wow you make it look so simple and easy 😊
It’s actually very simple ❤️😘
Great explain :-) Thanks. Could be a good alternative if you just have flat table for screen print posters and no precise caroussel
Yes … that will also work, probably even better.
Awesome! I am looking for something to do in my old age. Do make transfers to sell or just for your self?? :)
which papers are you using ??
Very nice! Dtf seems to be what some people want nowadays with it becoming more popular. Could you try using vinyl as a sentcil in place of emulsion/transparencies?
Yes I could most definitely do but in reality emulsion is 100 times better
What type of paint & paper do you use?
Can you do white - flash - then CMYK for a dark shirt? This was a great video!
Mylo, would this method work on polyester shirts? not necessarily poly blends, but sport jerseys?
Love the content man keep up the good work .
So adding a white under base with a 200 mesh for the black shirt won’t work with CMYK?
Mylo

What type of ink do you use? it's also applicable in water-based textile ink?
what is the white paper called that you used to do your own screen prints?
Transfer papers were I print my ink on … and transparency paper the one I use to burn my screens
How long do you keep it under the flash dryer?
Everythitn depends on your flash and how high you have it from the platten I keep it around 10 seconds so the temperature hits around 250f
Super helpful video! Thanks and God Bless!!
Dude he’s so real! Sick video
Thanks for the educational, Im trying to figure something out...inboxed you
Hello Mylo! what paper do you use butcher paper or what? GBY!
Pls can I use dtf film for this, I mean screen printing on dtf film?
Not that I know ….
@@myloprints could you give links to where to buy the transfer paper? Thanks

Great video, thank you for teaching us. I have one question: If you speak Spanish, could you create a channel or videos in Spanish?
You wrote dtf transfer, is it diffrent from the dtf films we use ?
Huh ? I wrote DTF transfer ? Where ?
Love it❤ so detailed, be careful wear gloves and respirator with the powders been reading about it....Keep the videos coming 🙏🏼
Thank you! Will do!❤🙌

isn't that the same white powder used for DTF? because if it is i thought you needed gloves and not breathe it in?
also hi Mylo
Yoo.. need video on Printfab set up
if CMYK doesn't work on black, what do you do instead?
You need to ad a white underbase ..
Thank you. Good video
which paper is that?
Logically and automatically, the CMYK process for dark media need the white base too, so it should CMYKW just like DTG and DTF. And tranfers should always mirrored.
For black T-shirt maybe you should apply the darkest color first and finish with the lightest color and then apply the glue.
Thank you but it won't work with CMYK. because the inks are very light (transparent). on top of that the colors won't mix and match to give me the results that I'm looking for.
Hi@@myloprints could you explain little bit more about transparency in CMYK process ? cause plastisol or same problem with water base ? Thx :-)
The 4 color process...u print that wet on wet. Ir did u flash in between each color?
No it’s all wet on wet …,
@@myloprints so I have to ask and please let me know. What kind of paper is that being used. ? Is it. Transfer film. Transfer paper. Dtf film. Idk all the names. But I hope you can tell me

For that color on black. The black should have went down first and a white Base on top would make that shine.
How many can you one person do in one 8 hr day?
Good Question …. I really don’t know … depends … one color prints probably like 40-60 a hour not sure …
White underbase !
So if my screen is too close to the paper or the T-shirt, that’s the reason why it bleeds out? I’m so frustrated.
I will admit to being confused. It seems that the transfer requires twice as much work as simply screen printing?
You have to screen print onto the transfer and then after the powder process, you have to heat press the transfer onto the garment. When would you want to do this rather than just screen printing?
Very Good Question … its ment for hard place to print on. pockets that have a seam , neck tags, names , numbers and many more things.
@@myloprints thank you!
white top-color is missing no ? 5 pass
Do you sell screen print transfer?
you did the cmyk backwards
Yes, that print was made for something else … not for the transfers.
Cmyk did work because you burned the artwork wrong is supposed to go backwards
Yes I know, it wasn’t ment for this video. I just wanted to try it. If you see the. Idea before it’s for that video
Lion of Judah!!
100!
Cool, I was reversed the lion, but I know what you're doing. Never try this, and just see anyone awake heee
