Hey guys I just wanted to pop on here to say. Kurt is such a great spirtual teacher, I only had soul recognation this year but I watched all of Kurts video till I got to a stage where my soul started to ascended and the obsessive thoughts were no longer around and really it is a blessing when you get to a stage that you need a relationship with the person and you are just living your life and are at peace all the time and feeling great. When you get to a certain stage with your spirtual teacher you will never feel better. The ego thoughts are just a slight thing that may crop up once in a while, for me but it just got to a stage where they are just a thought in the back of my head. I am not triggered or anything. Y'all listen to Kurt and really start understanding what this journey is about and live your life. Thanks for everything you do Kurt.

Funny how you mentioned the soul mate. I attracted one but he turned out to be a disaster with his own ego issue. I was strong enough to repel with. I need to be in myself. My self journey. The soul mate just ended up triggering me and bring out my dark night of soul pain again. I was able to not think aboutmy twin but investing in the soulmate too early on was mistake. It was all of the romance and passion conditioning that got me messed up. I need to get to what it is true and meant be. Self soul searching. Your message could not have come at a good time. Another lesson learned. Thank you 🙏
I've had thoughts lately of wanting to date again but I'm just not so sure its a good idea. I think its best I continue to focus on me.💖

Just wanted to report that I've had a HUGE breakthrough! I was finally able to break my trauma bond from my ex covert narc. In doing that, I have been able to get into full alignment with mind, body, and soul. Now I have let go of the whole twin flame idea and released all expectations. I'm in receive mode and I'm just doing me and being present. Fully free 😍
I just did that too!!! It was very challenging...it took 3 weeks of getting out all of the emotions and the addiction...I had no idea he was a narc...spirit “put” that in my feed to wake me up...I kept thinking it was the twin flame runner and chaser...so once I got more info I realized what the trauma bond is and I was able to break free once he “discarded” me again...I’m feeling so good now that I’m focusing on my journey and growth...thank God for you tube and all the information available ❤️

I find myself feeling anger and frustration which is so silly because I’m in the process of staying detached. Thoughts come in and I attempt to ignore them it feels like a fight.
I was feeling just like you. I struggled a lot trying to dettach. Finally, I found this book “Letting go” by David R Hawkins, and started to feel better as I could really let go and dettach. Maybe it could help you too. I hope you feel better soon.
Exactly, I have been struggling for months between my TF and soul mate, very overwhelming.
Finally the verse I have always waited for validation from an expert. I have always been with the opinion that it has nothing to do with anyone if I am going through a certain phase in life. All the assumptions and thoughts that's created or brewed in the mind is not real and needs to get erased permanently. It's crazy how much the mind can effect our lives.

Hi Kurt, thanks for the reminder. Would it be possible to do a video with details as to what happens when watching tarot readings? I will detach from watching them for a day or two, start feeling better and then break down to watch a few.
The readings will reflect the energy changes, I'll get excited and caught back up in my mind, expecting her to reach out but then nothing. I am assuming it's because the future is always in flux and my excitement and expectations will then shift the energies back to stuckism? Any insight you can provide would be extremely helpful, and would help with permanently detaching.
