i believe paragliding is meant as a means of travelling from peak to peak, taking in scenery during times when you need some down time, and gliding up mountain sides using up drafts

Yes, which is the positive side to it as I mention :) the events though, aren't so great and there's a bunch you'll need to complete in order to gain enough experience to unlock all the peaks.

Thanks! And you didn't miss it :) I don't usually mention FPS unless they are really bad or differ from a series norm (Like if COD was suddenly at 30 instead of the usual 60). In Steep's case, it runs at 30 FPS on consoles (not sure if PC is uncapped) with an occasional dip now and then. Nothing that took away from my experience, though! -Rory

COGconnected pc is not capped to 30 or 60 but some players have had issues with not getting more than 80 fps

If the game included the things you said in the video such as being able to grind in the towns or on trees, being able to tweak your character traits & having a true multiplayer game and not this 4 player bullshit then yes, I would consider paying full price for it. But now, no way hose.. it's a bit too steep. The game had so much potential! Not recommended at full price, at all.

I was hoping there would be but I did not encounter any avalanches. I expect to see something cool like that added later as DLC though.
