Yeah, most players don't understand how wrong something can go top lane. It doesn't go mildly bad it turns into a disaster, and that can happen off being late to wave 1 or getting zoned from a minion.

If not, Renekton stat checks until lvl12+. Pretty much lane is over if Riven dosn't snowball lvl1, then all Riven can do is save ultis and flash to roam mid trying to snowball the map giving top. If lane is even in mid game, Riven can win by flanking their backline in objetives. I played this matchup thousand of times. Renekton and Pantheom were the most common counterpicks when blinding Riven.

2:00 at this moment bwipo actually made a big mistake and gave riven pretty much the only opportunity to at least somewhat salvage the game by getting a successful mid gank off. If he focused more on the gamestate instead of talking and realized there is no way for riven to proxy he should freeze every time which gives her no option other than to get fucked even harder in both cases, when she moves and when she stays. Other than that this game was a chefs kiss. Truly top tier gameplay.
