since lethality was changed back to flat arm pen, most AD champs can build hubris plus collector then LDR and do true dmg to most champs. It takes a while to come online but it's a monster late game build

generally not your job to go anti-heal, plus i'm giga ahead this game so going anti-heal over doing more damage doesn't make sense tempo wise

first strike is best when they have no healing so poke is really good (like vs mage/mage sup or adc like jinx ect) hob otherwise
