yes that was last year i remember when that happened 😭 neokyo had to stop purchases from mercari jp because at the time i think it wasn't allowed for proxy websites to purchase from mercari but neokyo announced an official partnership with them earlier this year so it's back!
it depends on which shipping option you choose! the k-packet is cheaper but takes quite a bit longer, and for usa based buyers there’s a more expensive fedex shipping that usually arrives to me within 2 weeks or less
