I think the nice thing about our hobby is that there is somewhat of a market to resell (if you choose) so it’s relieving if we ever stop collecting but I get how tiring it can be to post but just know that your decision is another opportunity for others to home the cards you have! We appreciate your dedication to the videos and only want you to be happy collecting❤

I'm so happy that people are showing downsizing their collections more! I feel like kpop still has that "collect everything and more" mentality, everything is extreme and some collectors even look down upon casual collectors. So seeing people downsizing and curating their collections to suit them is inspirational, especially for me who realized that I certainly do not need every single album/ photocard / merch etc to keep myself happy in the kpop space. I'm kinda jealous of your Chenle collection haha, I don't full on collect pc's but decided to collect couple of from 7Dream / NCT since they are my ults (7dream that is), especially hunting some Chenle and Renjun cards haha :"D Also congrats with getting into meds school! I'm in design school, but I kinda watch med student vlogs from time to time when I'm bored (since it's so different from what I'm doing). Good luck for your studies!!

Congrats on the acceptance!!! You're one of my favorite collectors especially because of nct. I think that for those collections you're on the fence about rather than committing to either choice atm you should just sit on it and revisit later on.

It’s probably really time consuming to sell or trade everything at once, so maybe you could start with the collections you feel most sure about downsizing while pausing the ones you’re still uncertain about for now? I had to move my NCT 127 collection into one of those 12 pocket binders because you can do spreads of 8 in the rows. I know you were thinking of getting one of those for aespa, so just thought I’d mention it in case you decide to keep everything.

Congrats on getting into medical school, that is amazing and I am rooting for your continued success!! As for collecting, I would love to see a downsizing video. I feel like a lot of people are scaling back their collections these days and while it can be sad, I know for me when I start to give away/sell things I’m not attached to anymore, it brings a huge weight off my shoulders! I am also in a similar position, I was an OT9 127 collector but after everything that happened, I am debating what to do with the cards that I have because I don’t feel very happy continuing to collect the group in full. Do I keep some members or save a set per era? It’s hard to think about and I’m curious to see what you’ll do. 🥲

Congratulations!! Wishing you all the best! As for collecting, I think prioritizing two or three of your "favorite" collections will be the most satisfying and least overwhelming. Downsizing is great but I think a good alternative for the collections you are on the fence about is to just "retire" them for now and revisit in the future when you have more time/money. That way you aren't overcommitting to either collecting or downsizing!
