- Definitely the most difficult category in Bloodborne. This run has been vexing me for 3 months and to finally see a good attempt come together was worth every bit of the struggle.
I remember watching runs in this category over two years ago when I first started running this game thinking, "Yeah, no chance I'll ever run this." How far we've fallen.

"BL4" stands for Blood Level 4, which is the lowest possible starting level for a character in Bloodborne. This category requires that you start the run as a BL4 character and complete the run without leveling up the character using the Doll. Therefore, the entire run, and by association all bosses, must be defeated with the lowest-leveled character.
What patch is this on?
@cbtalk216 All Bloodborne speedruns are performed on Current Patch, except the one Any% category that is specifically designated for the old patch.
@@lGenso What's means "Restricted" ? That's means you can't do any glitches or you ca, do somes glitches and skips ?
@missalphy4315 "Restricted" disallows the wolf clip glitch to skip into the forbidden woods at the start of the run. It also disallows use of the infinite ammo cannon glitch. All other glitches and skips are allowed in Restricted.
It's neat how allowing some glitches basically cancels out the time-save you get from leveling up.

Incredible work Genso, another question from me, why do you keep equipping and unequipping stuff sometimes?
Sometimes it causes the enemies not to attack. Sometimes the enemies will aggro faster. It gets you killed pretty often.

Damn, is it always that easy to stagger-lock Paarl even on BL4? Or is it mostly due to the consumables/weapon?
@avidmomokayoitsumareader The weapon is only +4. There are tons of different strats for Paarl. It's a braindead easy boss, tbh.
Congrats, this was amazing also how are you showing your screen on the PlayStation and have that timer and chat there? I have an elgato but everytime I try to connect it I have audio issue wether that be coming from the game or my mic in general I’ve been trying to fix it but I need some help if anyone doesn’t mind.

NG+ categories don't exist on speedrun.com, and since they don't exist, there really isn't any point in me investing hundreds of hours of time into it when there isn't any kind of incentive.
