From what I was seeing he got taken down quite a few times but would reverse position. Not saying he’s got abysmal defense, but it didn’t seem to be a strength of his.
Kody has life altering power but misses if you can move. I would argue Ottoni is the better striker with Anderson Silva eque head movement. On the feet I would say they are both tough enough to last 3 but if Kody gets him down the neck is sus after watching the Souza fight.
That’s pretty similar to what I am thinking. I do think Kody will get the takedown at some point. It’s whether or not he can do something with it in time. I lean that he can.
Just went and watched the Poatan fight and DAMN, that is not what I was expecting AT ALL🤣🤣🤣 you see it on paper and think Pereira just had some growing pains transitioning to mma and got caught in a sub, no biggie, but this mf really went out there and BRAWLED with Pereira🤯🤯🤯 and he did really fucking good too, dudes got a fucking vibranium chin🤣🤯
That wasn’t the same Poatan. You can see how uncomfortable he is in the cage with the threat of grappling and I think that made a big difference in how he was able to deal with Ottoni. He plain beat him though. Not a single excuse I can make for Alex.
Ottoni never looked that good. I expect him to have a great performance tomorrow. Looks like he trained hard all this years. Even out of shape he was a great fighter, but now it's scary how good he will be. PS. Poatan should be ashamed to lose to a lightweight.
Pereira shouldn’t tho he didn’t even probably train grappling because this flight was before the kickboxing fights with Izzy and he took it on short notice
Bro, how did you not mention that Ottoni has won at least 1 professional pilliw fight😂😂😂
lol maybe I was feeling too serious that day. Hindsight I wish I would have mentioned that.
@@138MMA 🤣🤣🤣
Oh shit, comment got pinned, now I kinda wish I took the extra half second to correct the spelling, but fuck it🤣🤣🤣
@JD-bx7ob 🤣 we got what you were saying, all good. Deserved to be pinned. 📍
Youre still one of the best bro
Thanks brother 👊
Great stuff
Thanks Rusty! 👊
What's your most confident in this dwcs?
Belgaroui I’d say.
Great video fam. A quick tutorial how to pronunce Quemuel = KE - MOO - ELL
not a lot of brazillians named like that
Thank you! 🙏 I’m always trying to get the names right but some are tricky. Spelling it out phonetically like that really helps.
Ottoni has good tdd.

Why do you believe he will look way better than he has before? What do you know?
Pereira shouldn’t tho he didn’t even probably train grappling because this flight was before the kickboxing fights with Izzy and he took it on short notice
@AlexzanderĦ exactly why that wasn’t the same Pereira we know today. Thanks for adding that context. 👊
This fight is at 155
Right you are! That has changed since I wrote down my notes originally. I pulled that 170 from tapology a couple weeks ago when writing this out.
@@138MMA I’m happy it’s at 155 because there’s like no lightweight fights this season
Which is strange because it’s a division with a lot of regional talent.
@138MMA Ik I was surprised it was scheduled at 155. This is Ottons debut at lw.
@feardarkson7095 I wonder if this will end up being a positive or negative for him.
Quemuel win SUB ele te faixa preta da escola do demian mais
