So you took the factory lines and put rca converters on them then ran those right into the input of the Amplifier? Awesome setup and sounds pretty damn good!
Do the 5 1/4’s add a lot to the set up? I just got 6.5 fairing adapters and trying to decide if I should go with the 5 1/4 glove box adapter as well. Haven’t wired anything up yet, want to do it all in one shot.
Cool. Thanks for saving me some cash. Can put that money to some handle bars. I might just bridge the 6.5’s. Plus it probably nice to keep the glove box space. I couldn’t find info anywhere on that issue.
What all do I need to buy I do have front and rear speakers with factory radio if possible can I give you my number so we can FaceTime or whatever I need your help please and thank you
You put a piece of cardboard under the amplifier in front of the bike . Water gets on there star't to break it down big mess. Gets hot and wind in there card board is dry and hot 🔥 fire Hazzard ? It came out nice but heat resistant plastic or square of hard aluminum better ? . That's a nice bike take chances like that ? .just smooth out the edge's so with movement while riding the cables won't get cut .
it'll be fine, the amp will never get hot enough to ignite the cardboard plus the airflow through the fairing will keep it cool. As far as rain I don't ride in the rain and I don't use a water hose to clean my bike, it is garage kept. Thanks for your post though
Nice I got to redo my stereo setup, done went and banged out my old speakers 😅
@@SouthernBoyzRyde nice 😎

yes, I did. Thank you. I love the sound, too
Awesome Sound! How did you power the amp?
thank you, I used a positive and negative power supply under the seat and then used a second ground on the frame behind the fairing.
Since you used that aux power under the seat was there a need to use the remote wire on the amp? Also did you use an inline fuse ?

not really, I've been thinking about getting those 6.5 adapters myself and upgrading my speakers

How did you connected the tx cables to the factory stereo
I used WIRE to RCA converters. I unplugged the speaker wires and tied the converters to them, and then to the amp, and then back to the speakers
Where did you get the inner fairing speaker enclosure pods?
JTD Cycles online, link is below
