I would’ve been upset also with both SA’s at Chanel purchase when you’re ready.I purchased the fragrance fillers from Amazon months ago so cute and fits well in our bags. I spray all my bags with apple guard. Thanks for another great video Queen❤️

I agree with you 100% Marquita. It shouldn’t matter who we are, everyone needs to be treated respect especially when people are spending that kind of money. I was treated poorly at a department store and I have decided when I am ready to make my purchase, I will go to a different department store. The SA didn’t seem interested in helping me because I was wearing FiLA sneakers and jeans and a Coach bag. I am like you, customer service is everything to me. Your PMs look beautiful with the bandeaus. You look gorgeous today Marquita ♥️

What a great idea for the perfume!! Thank you! We can’t even get Apple Guard in Canada so I ordered it from the US specifically for my Pochette Métis. It was very easy and worked perfectly. It scared me a bit because the vachetta turns colour when you first spray it on, so I closed my eyes and did a short prayer lol… But it worked out perfectly. Good call on keeping the Noe BB, but you should set up some therapy for that poor girl! She’s beautiful!
The bandeau on your Métis reverse mono …👌🏾 I have the Alma PM monogram and I’m afraid to use the apple guard. I’ll eventually pull the trigger one day.
I always wanted the Metis...but all the complaints and returns for peeling and glazing...just decided on a very similar style Coach Cassie....which I love ..I totally agree about customer service...I mainly buy preloved these days ....too much hassle in store...and no holds!!!

Omg I regret not getting the pochette metis two yrs ago. I just saw & heard many people complaining about the glazing problem & I passed on it. Now, I am thinking of the reverse mono but the price is a killer. I do want a reverse mono in my collection. I am glad everything is selling well Marquita, keep smiling.

Have you ever used Carbon Pro in place of Apple Guard? I find that if you don’t like darkening of vachetta it does the best job. Every bag I’ve sprayed has done wonders. Bags I’ve had for years that have not changed a hint of color.

Re: Chanel. And it’s never been an interest of mine. But I have to think that the way they treat people is due to company culture. If the company wanted their employees to be truly customer service oriented, you would see that in the behavior of their employees.
The experience you got at Chanel is what most of us get at all stores. At LV I can’t find anything until it’s been out for a while and the price has increased, meanwhile you get everything. So everyone is doing it, including LV. I do agree that no one should do it though.
I don’t get everything; there’s plenty of items I asked for and did not receive. This situation is totally different from what you are speaking of. Have LV customer service mistreated you; seems as if you are trying to purchase and seem to not get the items because they run out of stock. This is about how rude the customer service rep was until he found out I had a UA-cam channel. Totally different
@@MarquitaLVLuxury Yes, I have been mistreated at LV. In fact, I don’t even buy in my state at all because they are rude. I only buy online or at a neighboring state. At LV if you don’t have an established history of spending lots of money then they aren’t particularly helpful …although it could be that you just pay in cash and have opted not to have an account. I’m just saying that all of these luxury companies act different with certain people who they think will spend money.
Here’s a question (you’ve probably been asked a thousand times) but which pochette Métis do you find matches more outfits between your reverse monogram and the all monogram. I currently have the reverse but I’m so partial to classic all monogram that I’m considering exchanging. I just enjoy your videos so much ❤️
Unfortunately that’s how some of the SAs are with some of the high end luxury brands. It wasn’t so much in the past but now that the demand is so high for these bags. Ugh. More people are buying luxury than ever before so these bags sell so quick. That’s no excuse to treat people differently when everyone’s money is green. Especially first time buyers. I was lucky to find my SA who recently left the company. I still have an SA at SAKs but not at the boutique where I live. I hope you get and enjoy the Chanel 19.
Regarding fragrance, I’m a little confused. If I use one spritz on my neck, it’s there all day. And also on my clothing until I launder that clothing. I never considered carrying perfume in my handbag!

It's so upsetting to hear about your Chanel experience. I've heard that it's even worse in Paris. I don't get where this trend came from but, it's super annoying. Luckily, my Chanel CA is the best!! You read so many reviews about these luxury store employees acting like you're bothering them or they treat the customers like they're beneath them. I live in Houston Tx. I really dislike Louis Vuttion at the galleria. I had bad experience multiple times. Is their a SA that won’t judge someone for their looks.

Wow! I am so sorry you had yet again, a bad experience dealing with CAs at Chanel. They clearly have no clue as to the value and importance of "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE". Smh.

This is what people refuse to believe; you ARE judged and treated based on your title/perceived rung of the societal ladder. It crosses over into EVERY segment where service is involved including medical care and those fields where we assume who you are/how much money you make means nothing; wrong. THANK YOU for for telling your Chanel experience; the snobbery is SO real with high end brands and Chanel is one of the worst.
Everyone should be treated the same. I do agree with that. However, these brands aren’t receiving 10-12 of the same item. The stores at times will only receive 1-2 pieces if that. Not sure of the full conversation, but I work in luxury retail. Pieces that are in high demand can’t be held unless a payment is made. If you can schedule an appointment for the same day, then potentially. BUT if you need to come days later we can’t hold product. I have a great relationship with all of my clients . I tell new and existing clients if you want an item the best thing to do is preorder and if you don’t care for the item return it. Everyone should be treated the same, but holding product is a “No Go”. If you don’t show up or change your mind that’s money lost.
I understand the no hold policy that luxury SA’s have in place. I only asked, which was promised to me, that I could come in to purchase rather than paying an invoice, then they will ship it…I want to see the item since this would be my first ever purchase from Chanel. The customer service was horrible, and I cannot and will not ever stand behind behavior like that.
Right. Treat people the same way you want to be treated. Golden rule. That SA is just wrong… He could just apologize and be done with it…SMH.. Just deal with another SA. Until you find the right one for you… Next SA…. Please…😂
That really bothers me. I believe in treating people with dignity and respect. I'm at the point in my life, if an SA or salesperson is rude or snobby to me..bye bye. I won't spend my money there.
