What is a good estimate of the cost per mile of a properly installed forest road....minimal traffic

With a small creek you can divert it temporarily, and pour a concrete pad, it will last a lifetime and not clog, as with culverts..

Not worth the effort in the bush, most roads here are deactivation within a year.
