Since filming this, the Toscana has grown on me more and more (funny enough, it's the only one that is sold out on their website!).

Thanks for the review! Salami has been the #1 meat that I have been dyinggg to try again veganized! Thankfully now there's more alternatives, than when I first started being veggie.

I hope you like this company if you try it! I haven't made an order since this initial one but maybe I will. And yes there's plenty more room in the vegan meat market for more salamis (and Italian cured meats in general!).

I do not miss charcuterie--the Little Shop of Horrors that was cooking school charcuterie class left me with permanent sausage dread--but I am always on the lookout for approximate products to serve to omnivores.
