This is actually really refreshing, as the majority of people working with retail I know are 100% e-commerce. I respect the transparency man, hope you keep us updated!
Hey wilson im on the same boat right now. I just open a barbershop close to a year now and just me in there cutting all day. I relies that in this business i have a cap /limit on how much i can make a day. Im looking to switch into ecommerce also, learning amazon fba course right now. I love your content and wish you the best! 🤗

Don't you think it will be fantastic modifying the Brick and Mortar? Am just picturing the African market and I think the combination of both will be perfect. Creating an online presence and also a physical presence for easy and fast delivery . Working on same issue too.
still think that there are too many limitation to b+m. don't get me wrong, if you have something great going on, keep it. all that i am saying is if you have the opportunity to get in on ecom, and have to focus on just one business model, then thats the one im going to choose.
Hi great video ❤️ How to open-up a brick & mortar in US as a foreigner, ? What will be the cost, taxes & other protocols... I am doing FBA wholesale Amazon but mostly brands require us to have a brick & mortar otherwise they refuse to do business with us... What will be the solution for this...
Is the ice cream business still profitable? Just wondering if the profitability of the ice cream business made you move to Ecommerce. I know the pain of running a brick and mortar biz. Thank you!
its still profitable, but getting very competitive for sure. its not so much the profitability/margins of IC business, but rather the scalability. with rent and labour being such a high cost, brick and mortar is definitely way more difficult to succeed than ecommerce.
E Commerce sucks for the consumer unless you're a buying contraband or embarrassing stuff. you have to pay more for shipping and wait a week vs 30 yrs ago when stuff was on the shelves was there sooner ( rain check ). sorry millenials sometimes new ways do in fact suck. can't live your whole life out of a smart phone or laptop.
Sucks for the consumer? Pay more for shipping and wait a week? How does getting my order in 2 days (sometimes 1 day) from Amazon suck? How does saving gas and time from needing to go to the shop - which doesn't carry everything in the world - suck 😂😂😂 Sure somethings are still better to shop for in person, but you're going to hate where the world is going if you actually think ecommerce sucks 😆😆
@@WilsonKLee We'll try shopping online right now ( holiday season.....all mail and shipping is slower ). if you want something fast from amazon you're gonna have to pay more plain and simple.....online shopping is better for the business not the consumer. Before online there was Sears and JCP catalogs it's just that there wasn't a online website then obviously.
richard alvarado sears and jcpenny suck, Sears has been delisted from the stock market for a little while now and jcpenny is headed that way. They don’t get the business they need unlike what you could do with online.

@@WilsonKLee do you think it's a good idea to hired more barbers and keep the barbershop running or close down the shop and focus more on ecommerce?
