My dad at the time was a managing director. He brought home this model in the Burgundy Wine home one night back in the 70's to see if my mum liked it. She didn't like 2 doors so the next day dad brings home the 4 door model which she liked & he retained.i was teenager back then and i wanted the 2 door version! Lol!
Exactly the same, Dad's survey practice was doing well, he came home with a Landau with all the fruit, but Mum did not abide the two doors, it went 2 days later on home came a Statesman Deville. I just loved the rear buckets in the Landau, even though at about 10 I could not see out the back windows. I think about a year later he tried it again with a Fiat 130 Coupe. No wonder I am a complete car tragic, Dad taught me (and my boys are car tragics too!).
@@terrycarthy4433 Hey Terry you dick. You fucken grow up.! Ive never owned a ford and know nothing much about them. I was just paying this car a compliment ffs.
what a stunning original motor vehicle.an absolute credit to it's previous owner.you dream about finding vehicles like this.i would give my right arm for it.
This s crazy. I used to have a yellow landau in the 80s and I sold it and bought an blue XAGT which I sold in the early 90s. Fuck I wish I had one of them now!!! Does anyone know how much this sold for??? You said 3512v but that letter said 3514v which was the same as mine. Pretty sure they were all 351 4v.
Very nice car. Normally, I hate Fords no matter what country they're from. This Landau is a good-looking car. Looks like it's wearing American Thunderbird hubcaps. Greetings from the U.S.
The greatest looking Australian car ever made
We had the Ford Aust Ex Demo (melbourne) P5 LTD in metallic dark green. No other can come close to the LTD/Landau of this era
I had that Wheels magazine, that's when I fell in love with the Landau as a teenager
This should be in a museum
I remember my dad owning one of these i the late 70's early 80's. Such a great car.
Stfu
My uncle had exactly the same car. Same colour same trim. Nice to see this.

Amazing condition. There are few left in original condition. They were very prone to rust. Only around 1300 ever built. Fabulous motor car.
What a beautiful un restored car. Im a Holden guy but this is unbelievable. worth the price.
"I'm a Holden guy..." ; what damn difference does it make ? Grow up !

There used to be 3 of these in Bunbury. I wonder if anyone knows where they are now?
Missing the side rubbing strips. Why ?
Marquis were also special!
And what did it sell for ?
Thunderbird + Torino = Thunderino!
Nice, but looks like the original vacuum operated heater valve (1.45) is corroded out on firewall.
The Landau is one of the cars in my ultimate car collection... sigh

I just noticed the documents said 4v. But you started off stating 2v.
