- The KV-2 ZiS-6 in War Thunder is a Premium Russian Heavy Tank that packs a WHOLLOP. The ZiS-6 trades out the KV-2 152mm cannon for a much longer barrel 107mm cannon with extremely good range and penetration.
The 107mm cannon is more than capable of punching through a Panther upper front plate at 500m which is remarkable considering this vehicle is 5.0 in battle rating.
This War Thunder Story follows a game where I'm left alone to fight the entire enemy team for almost 15 minutes!

Single-handedly the most inspiring game of WT that I've ever seen! Best I've ever done is holding B on Karelia with a SU-122 and running out of ammo, single-reloading off of the cap as enemies kept flooding in and over their fallen comrades. I died on that hill and we lost the game, but I still managed to take 11 of those punks with me!
i know you probably will not see this... but i will say this anyways. Thank you for your words of wisdom. I am taking this more seriously than war thunder. My family is about to be displaced, and your video is a bright reminder in this bleak world. Never give up... Because of you i will walk with my head held high and my spirits up. Exactly. You're still going to perform poorly in a premium if you aren't that good. I have some premiums that everyone says it great, but I just can't get the hang of it. It doesn't mean it's a good or bad vehicle. Just that I'm not good with it.

This is precisely why I hate the TIS-MA. I'm so glad to see it bumped up to the BR it is. When it was a lower BR, it was so OP.

It is interesting to note a couple of things:
The enemy team had more folks who left after only one death.
Odd's team still had one guy, maybe two, who could have respawned assuming they had a full line-up and/or backups.
Goes to show you that Odd is quite correct to steal a line from Galaxy Quest!
I think seeing an Astro squad tag would be one of the scariest sights in War Thunder
Im not very familiar with the squadrons, whats so spookifying about the Act to squadron?

its funny how the german main guy is crying at you for using premiums while he has the tiger and panther D at 5.3, along the nashorn, sturer emil and wirbelwind for destroying tanks and aicraft. if only they pushed into the A point with the anti air they would've been fine

yeah i don't get why the SPAA were so close but not ON the A cap. (spare the german main jokes)
Well, as a german main, Nashord and Sturer are good but they are insta killed after you kill someone, because they will revenge on you on air since you are open top. I play USA as well and I do that always, hahaha. Basically I rarely played the Sturer Emil, Nashorn, Dicker Max. And the Panther D sitting at 5.3 I think is okay.: it has a slow horizontal traverse, think of it like a M10, most of the people agree that Panther D is like an SPG, really weak side armor, slow horizontal, and quite good ammo. Again, when I use USA, I always use APCR ammo to hit turret mantlet, 50 cal to destroy the track, change to APCBC and side shoot the Panther.
@@johanapolinarioveliz6754 Its very easy to kill panthers! Just shoot this very small weakspot before it can shoot you! That means its balanced!

The sad thing is that one person can get 27 kills on a team, literally live through the entire match fighting constantly without running out of vehicles and it's not enough, because their team is that far behind them in capacity.

All i can say is absolutely Amazing job OddBawZ, well played with good decisions and great morale to fight to the last vehicle, you gave them absolute hell just to destroy one vehicle whilst trying capture the objective hahah. Incredible vid as always and loooove the epicness of it, loved the music too with the cinematic scenes!
Great game dude. Never giving up is the best advice for WT. Had a 9 kill game on Alaska in a KV220 a couple days ago. Just me and one other guy holding out. Another great game in a Sherman on Tunisia where I had no barrel but pushed a panther off the C cap to cap it. Both games were losses, but lots of fun.
In an alternate timeline, a scottish tank commander is required to hold off the German advance over Normandy, with his shiny new KV prototype that was transported here as part of the Soviet lend lease program...

This was an absolute joy to watch
I remember having a kind of last stand at the beginning of a game where I used the SARC speed to get a good position that over looked a road the enemy had to cross and held it for more than half the game stopping the enemy from getting to the point and died due to arty just before my team came to help. We ended up pushing them all the way to their spawn. I've had one last stand moments, but this one I remember most because of how cool it felt holding that one road by myself.

Honestly there's this sweet spot with teams. If they're doing too well you can't get that many kills. If they all die instantly you can't do anything either. They have to suck but sponge just enough enemy attention and time for you to be the champ.
