Being an ex-Islander (now living in TX) and recalling many an afternoon parked at either New Hyde Park or Mineola and watching the rush hour line up out of Jamaica. That was when Alco's ruled the rails. Great memories and another great video.
The station was on the right hand side of the track looking East, not the left.

Cutchogue lasted until 1985 !
Info I read was wrong then. I thought it lasted longer than that myself
Are those tracks used by freight trains?
Not anymore
The old freight station became a building for the Long Island Railroad Museum
I remember the Greenport turntable but I don’t remember the round house I also remember trains going out on the dock
