It was an interesting talk, but I think let the person talk before cutting them off. It's a bit jarring that you need to place your input in the middle of the guests explanation.

I can kind of agree, but from all the different stuff I’ve seen from collective and ash, I don’t think at all it’s intended as a need to place his inout at the forefront. As jarring as it may be, I have to admit ash was asking the same questions that I was thinking of at those same moments as well, and I don’t think they would have been answered in normal tennis format of conversation of back and forth in turn. I see pluses and minuses to the format. No complains really though but I can totally understand and somewhat agree.
