Besides from the name on the headstock this guitar looks exactly like my seventies made in Japan Pearl Les Paul, it sounds even the same...

The intention of copies is to come as close as possible to the original. The Japanese succeeded in copying American and European products very well in the '70s and '80s. From a playability perspective, you can absolutely use a good Asian Gibson copy and play it in everyday use. From an investment perspective, the original is of course always the better investment in the collector's field and the professionals always rely on the original. Keep on Rocking! Ron

I don’t understand. Why pay extra to buy something that looks not new that you can make look not new just by having and playing it awhile? Just to lie and brag to your friends that it’s a vintage one when it’s not and they aren’t in the know? Ruins corporate brands for me when they start doing this. My opinion. If you enjoy it awesome for you. 😃

You know how long it would take to play a guitar to make it genuinely look like that? You'd have to be a professional gigging musician that gigs multiple times a week to get it to look like that in many years. This is a good option for someone that wants a worn in feel, new. Just don't buy one though...

@@SpinGoldmusicah exactly, plus you not only get the looks of the vintage style but it feels like one too which is a huge plus , you either love it or either hate it and don’t understand it
