The real way to win is to use the time stone method. Before playing save the game. Every time you lose go back to the last saved game slot. Every time you win, save the game. I bet maximum and won a lot of credits. I also call this method Doctor Steven Strange method because you break laws of time.

An easy way to never lose Pazaak is to save beforehand so that if you ever lose you can just reload your save and play again until you win, and repeat.
The best way to play pazzak is to not play this annoying game. Just win the swoop race on tatooine and manaan and sell the racebonds on yarvin and youre a rich man.
I selled all my crap + the racebonds and had about 60.000 credits and thats more than enough

I'm just figuring out whether the game is broke or there's something I'm missing. Considering my opponents literally always get 20 with their magical infinite +5 and -3 cards after about 2 hours of collecting data, I'm pretty sure it's just a broken 15 year old game, lol.
