Strange that the guy steps out the car and _then_ removes the neck brace for everyone to see. He could have easily taken it off inside the car. Also, why take your crutch outside... to then place it back in the car? Both actions are understandable if he is obliging anyone filming.
You don't stop at stop signs, when you come to a red light you go right on red without stopping, you pass on the right, you impede traffic and laugh and you speed in marked speed limit zones. So tell us, what makes YOU any different than the person you are following?

Even without the obvious scam of needing a neck brace and cane, the subject would rather drop the case or settle for pennies on the dollar to avoid being in the same room (courtroom) with a judge and bailiff (deputy sheriff).
