    Kind of sad because some people actually are disabled and lose their benefits for stuff out of their control. Example, some people have to lift their dog food in the house because they have no one else to do it. I’m sure they know they will be sore from this or possibly in trouble but they have no one else to do it.

      Exactly! we’ll said! I’m injured from a fall down a staircase while serving in the Air Force; however, I refuse to give up all my independence and (as I also refuse to constantly take advantage of my friendships by having them help me with everything related to basic living) expend my limited income paying personal assistants just to carry my groceries in the house. I know my limits, and as you said, I know I’ll be sore, but it’s ridiculous to have to stop what I’m doing and always wait to have someone do something for me to avoid some pain. Having pain is a part of life, and that’s just the reality of the situation.

    • @crimeandcrafting
      @crimeandcrafting 5 років тому +5

      Yep. I have arthritis and it gets bad. I get groceries delivered which helps but not everyone has that in the budget. Plus there’s still the unpacking plus all the other errands people have to do to live. PLUS I have an 8 year old that can’t quite yet raise himself 😂

      @@Stokedhavok I'm 100% disabled due to spinal stenosis but I do not get any disability due to being a stay at home mother for over 10 years, some days are better than others. Every day is a huge challenge. There are days I can barely walk to my mailbox down the driveway and I rarely leave the house alone. I did take my dog to the vet about a month ago and was able to walk from the handicapped spot to inside the building but I was worried I might have to reschedule the appt if I was having a bad day. Also, sometimes I can bend over and sometimes it is very painful to do so. There is no rhyme or reason to my condition. I also get internal tremors very bad. People will say nasty stuff to me and are judgmental. I finally got a handicapped placard after suffering for 7 years.

    Hurt my back at work a couple years back, had TWO of you guys following me around in minivans for like a month. Tried to invalidate my claim because I had to take my little girl, like barely a year old, to the hospital one day and my wife was at work so I had no choice but to put her in the car and drive her. My weight limit was 5 lbs and she obviously weighed more than that, so they tried to kill my claim based on that. I did enjoy playing with these guys though, and would frequently drive the oddest places like on long backroads or dead-end streets just to watch them try and play it off... terribly. Got one of them to cause an accident on the highway, blocked traffic for like two hours. Turds.

      I have a back condition (stenosis) for ten years and I do not have any case. There is no rhyme or reason to my condition, I had to take my 14 lb dog to the vet for a checkup and I thought I was going to have to reschedule but luckily I woke up feeling not too bad on the day and was able to take her. Another time I had to take my son to the ER when he had a bad migraine when we got to the ER they thought that I was the patient. My son had to park the car with his migraine bc I couldn't walk up the steps from the parking lot and it was far. A PI would probably say I was faking it bc I drove to the hospital or something. Then I also had to drive him home after they medicated him but he had to go and get the car out of the lot and pull up to the front of the hospital so that I could drive him 7 miles home to our house. I am not entitled to any disability payments bc I stayed home with my child for over 15 years to raise him and then when he was older I became ill very suddenly with this spinal stenosis condition. It sux.

  • @ilirshqiptar
    @ilirshqiptar 7 років тому +15

    It is very easy to catch a private investigator if you do the home work .they always seat near location when they have to investigate .Black tinted windows are number one red flag .Number 2 ...private investigators use most of the times Hondas or Small block engine so they can get gas mileage when they have to drive far away . Get a nice camera and get a picture of the car that it is parked in your neighborhood and if you see that car the next day again ...you do the math . Some of them are very smart and change cars every day so they swich cars ...one good tactic but it depends from the situation. .private investigators make mistakes too and get busted . Usually they work like team so 3 cars would be on the road following the car that they have to get the evidence and they are very good on switching the cars that they follow so the other driver can't suspect that sometimes is following him or her . If you pay attention to details, cars ,plate numbers, drivers, locations you can definitely find the person that is following you.....

    Good Catch, But here is my take on these Videos.
    So where are all the Videos that Show when Insurance and Doctors Commit Fraud agains Someone that is Hurt and not well?
    These Insurance Doctor gets paid from 1500-2500 Dollars for such exam, and Even though medical records shows the claimant's spine is in bad shape, the insurance doctor claims he is 100% ok and Ready to go back to work, when infact he can't even walk Properly or Function most of the time and is also in pain all day, Where are those videos?
    There are two sides to these workers compensation cases, People on workers compensation should have the right to Subpoena all calls made to doctors office by insurance company and all Emails Sent back and forth between insurance company and Doctors, and also how much money has the insurance company paid this doctors for such exams and how many exams he has done for the insurance company with regards to compensation cases and how many People this doctor has sent back to work? If a large percentage of people who are hurt go to see the insurance doctor and are sent back to work, that shows this doctor is bias and fraudulently sending hurt people back to work. People on workers compensation Need a Fair Evaluating system and These Doctor Visit payouts should be Regulated by the state, This way there is no greed or incentive for doctors wanting more patients because of the big bucks paid to these IME's who are mostly close to retirement and Take Such Exams and make it their retirement Nest Eggs. We need a Fooking Fair System in place, Both sides of workers compensation fraud should be shown not just one side..

      Lessens the chance of getting made by the target or if the neighbor gets suspicious there is less of a chance that news will hit targets house. Also, sometimes the follow out position may be close or distant.

    This is my kind of work, for sure. I love to collect information, be out of sight and kind of creep around. It's more than that, of course but that's part of it. Sadly I think here in the State of CT, one must be a peace officer to be a PI.. which is kind of odd because you'd think private means private sector.

    I think I maybe had a PI looking into me over this summer as a few times a vacant house (been vacant for about 2 years now since the old owner died of natural causes) kind of diagonally across the street had people in work vans and trucks, especially a couple of vans that were atypical looking to me. I can't quite describe why they didn't look right - I guess one was the way they put a ladder on the roof in an awkward way, and the all-around shape/size of the vans didn't seem adequate for any real contracting work. Other than that I spotted the occupants of one of the two I'm thinking of walking around the yard and they had blue 3-letter agency shirts on.. being a little bit paranoid as I am, I didn't want to stare so I didn't make out the letters. Anyway thought I'd share that boring story for the hell of it. Oh, I saw the blinds inside getting moved and that they were (in a window facing our house) asymmetrically open curtains after those people left.. like possibly a camera was there pointed from behind the curtains. I'm too much of a beta to go over there and look for myself, though. Might actually be cool to go inside but it's not like the 90s when I grew up, early 90s when you could go into abandoned houses and ones under construction in broad daylight or even at night and not get in trouble, unless of course you are vandalizing or whatever.
