OMG! Thank you for this tutorial I've been looking for a easier method to do drawstrings. Onto the question at hand, i am using the first method you shown but for some reason the metal buttons keep wiggling out of place when i go into simulation. Not sure what i am doing wrong here. Do i recheck collision or sew the buttons to the holes? Or is there something else that i need to do?
Hi! We are so glad that you found this video helpful. You should not need to turn collision back on for the eyelets and once they are placed they are already technically "sewn" into place. You can see when the designer does turn on simulation the eyelets do wiggle slightly, but remember that you can always adjust them later with the gizmo. Another tip would be to also Lower the collision of the drawstring pattern pieces as well. If you need further assistance I would recommend joining the official CLO discord where you can ask questions and share images/videos for reference
Hi There. This video is about waistband. But if you search our channel there are several about Binding and Piping specifically ua-cam.com/video/-wAldFwSXbc/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/RFqz1T9O-yE/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/TOhpOPMaoRE/v-deo.html
Make sure you have made the draw cords a very low Particle Distance. You could also add cord ends and adjust the weight of them to help keep them down.
I think instructor here is the best so far- makes things easy to understand with clear diction. Can we please have her do other future tutorials???

Have one issue that keeps happening, when i render the drawcord bounces everywhere, is there something I've missed?

how to make loops for buttons !
You need a button HOLE to attach the button, but you can create small pattern piece with image maps that LOOKS like a loops and apply a button hole.
@@CLO3D thank you ❤️
