Very good. I’m glad you went with the traditional rendition of it. I’m surprised that the crowd was so thin in the stands behind you. Still, it’s an honor to be asked to perform our national anthem, and you did it quite well.
Probably because the White Sox are so terrible. They have one of the worst records in baseball.

Is the only difference between a Korean Gayageum and a Chinese Guzheng how you play it? Using bare fingers versus using picks on your finger tips?

How sad this is, yet so characteristic of things today... I was born on the south side of Chicago and was a long-time White Sox fan, but over the past decade entitled and overpaid athletes have turned me off of spectator sports. Now we have a Korean rendition of our national anthem, nicely played but entirely missing the spirit of the anthem, being played in a virtually empty stadium. RIP, USA.😔

I get what you mean. Being played to a mostly empty stadium misses the point of being a uniting show of national pride. I'm sure those in attendance (who were able) were honored by the gesture and took a moment to stand in respect for hearing their country's anthem played by a fellow American who was just as honored to play it for them.
She's got more views than the White Sox has fans in the seats.... LOL
