- Jürgen Klopp has given his reaction to the news that Michael Edwards will return to oversee the day to day running of the club's football operations.
Edwards, who left his role as sporting director at Anfield in 2022, has been appointed as Fenway Sports Group's CEO of football and is set to hire Richard Hughes as the Reds' new sporting director, ahead of a summer which will see them look to do the impossible and find a replacement for Klopp, who is stepping down as manager at the end of this season. - Спорт

Klopp’s comments about Edwards…. Relationship was always good on a professional basis…. But Klopp took on defensive body language…. I wonder if they don’t get on as well as they could have.
I also wonder if JK taking on the workload of Edwards has led to the burnout.
You don't need to pretend to understand body language to know that there may have been a conflict.
Good business by fsg to bring back Edwards a smart move
The Enfield wrap were talking about the possibility about fsg taking over other clubs and were wary about it. Is this one of the reasons Michael Edwards has been lured back to Liverpool. Owning other clubs is bound to dilute any interest that fsg have in LFC. It may be in the future but this may become a growing issue in the future. Can't see where multi club ownership has really worked
Neil, if I heard you right at the start, you said you where in Stanley Park. I thought all the pre match press conferences took place at the AXA. Do European press conferences take place at Anfield or was this moved for different reasons?
