Hey! If VirtualBox won’t save the 3D acceleration setting, try these: 1 Power off the VM-You can’t change 3D acceleration while it’s running. 2 Update VirtualBox-Ensure you're on the latest version. 3 reInstall Guest Additions-3D acceleration won’t work if GA not installed correctly. 4Increase Video Memory-Set it to at least 128 MB in Display settings. 5Update Graphics Drivers-Make sure your host’s GPU drivers are up to date. 6Run VirtualBox as Admin-This can fix permission-related issues. 7Enable Hyper-V-Check if your host supports it for smoother virtualization. 8Test with a Another VM software -See if the issue happens in a different VM. 9Check Conflicts-Ensure no other apps are using 3D graphics or acceleration. 10Reinstall VirtualBox-If all else fails, a clean reinstall can fix glitches. Try these and let me know if they help! 😊
I tried to do this on virtual box 7.1 but it can not save the setting when I click 3D acceleration . Any ideas?
