I've always told others it's not about the color but the culture. You can't act black or sound black, because how does a color act or sound? It's the culture that has created the stereotypes.
When somebody "sounds black" it is a "southern accent" that's actually being referred too & it is a joke within itself that is very old-the slaves talkes like this, but it was because they had a southern accent..for some reason the black community be it unconciously or not use reverse psychology, like when they call eachother the N word but everybody else is forbidden from saying it, its meant to be a soft jab when they say it..its all really sorted.
@@maryjaneblues7712 It's essentially them degrading each other because they feel it gives them more power. They call each other the N word because that's what they were called as a form of degrading and belittling, so blacks started calling each other the N word to essentially take away that power. It's like a person who gets bullied everyday and gets called a "loser", telling all his teachers and friends to call him a loser. It's really hard to explain the meaning and context behind it. It's really difficult to word it. But this is how many black people have tried to convey it to me. And they would always say, that it's unacceptable for a white or non-black to call a black the N word because it doesn't have that same meaning, since that person isn't apart of their culture and it only has validity when it's used between themselves. I guess you could say it's similar to a camp of Vietnam POWs calling each other a derogatory word that their captors used to call them, and it started in the prison camp, as a means to try and stand up to their captors and show strength, and then the prisoners continued calling each other the word after they got out. But if a random civilian were to just call them that same derogatory word, it would feel completely different, since that person didn't go through all the same suffering and misery that they went through with their comrades. This is another example my classmate told me. I went to an alternative highschool, I was the only white kid, it was all blacks and latinos, and it was intimidating at first, got taken advantage at times, got made fun of quite a bit, but after a few months I became close with these guys and bonded throughout the years, and I seen first hand what the true damage of government has done to the black community. I eventually dropped out of highschool though towards the 3rd quarter of my junior year. It's a long story why, I had family issues and other problems, but it had nothing to do with the classmates. The curriculum was annoying and so were the teachers, and I wanted to pursue entrepreneurship and didn't see any purpose in school anymore. We were getting the same curriculum as regular highschools in my state in Illinois. And they started teaching us a bunch of woke crap around sophomore year and I couldn't take it anymore. Our teacher was a lifelong Ďémøćřªt, very prøgřẹś§ive, and would make us watch these movies about slavery, like roots, and these other movies that spread lies and showed us how Africans were kidnapped by Americans and British off the west coast, how they'd pull up with their boats, dock and disembark at night time, and then sneak into villages and kidnap random Africans from the jungles and chain them up and take them back to America in the deep south to pick cotton. I was very prøgřẹś§ive as a result of all the stuff I learned, and I hated people on the right, especially MAGA and especially DT. Our teacher would rant about DT about how dumb he is and he'd convince us to vote Democrat as soon as we turn 18. He'd talk about how LBJ and Obama were the two greatest presidents in American history. He was insane. I couldn't see it at that time. But as a DT supporter, I of course see through all it now and am only all the more happier I dropped out. But I am very concerned about this indoctrination, and how school curriculum is like this and there is no counterbalance, it is really scary knowing schools are pushing literal lies like these and letting people into society, with the ability to vote, who are full of total lies and garbage. I'm so glad I dropped out, and so glad I never went to college, and pursued entrepreneurship instead. I'm sure schools were educational back in the 1990s and early 2000s. Elementary school and even middle school were very normal. Our history teacher in my middle school was a gay conservative guy, I didn't know he was conservative at the time but now that I look back on it, I realize he was. He would always tell us how important it is to learn history, and understand how great of a country we are living in, and that "if the dice was rolled again, you might be working in mines in a 3rd world country under a repressive government in a desert with contaminated drinking water and no food" He would try and make history a fun class for us, because he told us that someday in our generation, there would be a war on history, and how throughout generations there are always people who try to rewrite history, and the people with the most power, influence, and money, are the ones who wield the pen. We knew for a fact he was gay cause he got picked up by his boyfriend once and we saw him kiss him in the car, and we all laughed and made fun of him over that. But now I look back and I thank that man dearly, because he never ever forced his beliefs on us and did what modern day groomer teachers do to kids. Out of all teachers I had, my 7th grade history teacher was the best teacher I ever had, and I'll never forget him, he planted good seeds in all of us and never spoke about his personal affairs and sexuality like most teachers do nowadays.
