And just when I was worrying about picking up my mum from the airport in just 4 days with at least 4 suit cases in my BMW, I came accross this... How useful!? Than you so much Fernando!
You’re never know how helpful this video was. In fact I’d go as far as saying that’s the most helpful video I’ve watched on U tube. Thanks for sharing 👍
Brilliant, thank you so much for this video. The journo vids don't show this. I tried to find one as I saw a vid of this on the mercedes C class and wondered if it was a feature on the 3 series. Is it the same on the 2018 3 series touring/estate?
Thanks for this / would never have known. Out of interest under the rear flap where the locking nut is kept and where you stored the cover what goes in the space where the two pieces of elastic are?
The space where the two elastic pieces are, is to place an accessory to divide the space in the luggage compartment. see in this site, is item 12. bmwfans.info/parts-catalog/F31/Europe/320d-N47N/L-N/jun2013/browse/vehicle_trim/mounting_parts_for_trunk_floor_panel#pos_12
@@fernandomontenegroBMW Thank you. One last question, Am I right in thinking it is not possible to lay the left hand rear seat down on its own, it has to take down the middle section of seat with it because of that bar in the rear connecting it?

Any ideas how to reset the catches on the net divider as they seem to default to closed occasionally? Thanks in advance.
