I have one nephew addicted to them to the point where he doesn’t know what to do and gets stressed when he doesn’t have a phone or tablet. The other nephew is as happy and can be outside because of how he is being raised. Yes they are useful and fun but I think a couple of hours as a max is plenty for kids

Can you look yourself in the mirror if you choose this? I think that type of decision making can be taught early in life with all sort of choices…lying, clothing choices, hairstyles, etc. by the time they become teens, they hopefully have the ability to choose consequences for the decisions they make. Just my thought! Kids have to be allowed to make mistakes to learn and they need to know your thoughts on how you struggled with those decisions.
