I came across your videos/channel a few months ago and I found it a huge help and encouragement in continuing on with my job hunt . Especially after getting rejections as a fellow Christian and feeling fairly down and having to learn to trust my faith, it was heartening to watch the raw content of some your videos where you’d been through the same situation and to learn of ways I could look past that and take on the constructive criticisms from feedback and adapt from them. Anyways, I just got my offer for an AP post and wanted to share my appreciation for your channel 🙏❤️

700? The NHS gives about 500 per section now, concise is right! Thankyou so much for this video, I've only had a handful of AP interviews over the years and this is motivating me to keep trying!

Love your videos! I'm wondering if you could please advise how I can get clinical experience such as scoring GAD or depression tests? I am doing a psychology conversion masters degree in September as I didn't get GBC for my psych and counselling undergraduate degree. I've been working as a support worker for individuals with learning disabilities and am due to start volunteering with service users with eating disorders and working as an activity coordinator for service users with dementia next month 😁

I wouldn't suggest doing that as I think it disrupts the flow of the supporting info. and makes it appear more like notes rather than a reflective piece. But that is just what worked for me!

Hi, I'm just self-conscious that I only have experience in one role (currently doing that following my degree). I'm aware you mentioned to structure the supporting information using your previous roles, however since I'm in my first role within the mental health field, what would you suggest in this situation? I'm concerned my supporting information won't have as much flow and won't stand out if I only have one role to refer to...
Hey try to get more roles if u can paid or unpaid or if u can’t try to mention all the different skills u learnt from one role
I've heard quite a few people mentioning that bullet points make it much easier for the panel to shortlist and that this is recommended? Can you please explain why you think this shouldn't be the case? thank you!
Personally, I have not used bullet points but other people have been shortlisted using bullet points. I prefer not to because it feels less formal.

Do 800 or 700 words also work for experienced persons that want to express everything about there related experience?
I would suggest keeping it to 800 words max. Only include the experience relevant to the job you are applying to!

I am applying for a job in London. The application form is asking for answers for supporting statement section. The question is like "Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate
effectively both orally and in writing. " What answers am I supposed to answer? Do I have to qualify a language test to support my answer as evidence? Is it simply that I have to mention in the answer about the language test that I have qualified for?
From my opinion I think the language test isn’t important, u just need to mention how well u can relay ur message to another person depending on who ur talking to and how well u can give detail and communicate to them for example using gestures or body language or facial expressions or using easy to understand words or staying formal or informal depending on who u talk to, written examples could be like presentation scripts and similar
