Just wanna say, most times you cant return hair products because once its opened its basically “contaminated” its like sending food back in the mail, most companies won’t accept it back. Also once products with a certain consistency are open its not safe to ship. It’s not a brand specific issue

It literally states on the label that the moisture sealing lotion has a “light hold”. It’s not a gel or a styler
And if you look in the website it says “This multitasker does it all: seals, smooths, and styles with a light hold.” - so like I said in the video I didn’t like it. 🤷🏽♀️
@@itskristv and that’s ok. I’m talking more on the point of the hold and then using gel. I think the main purpose of it is to help you retain moisture.
@@itskristvyeah. This is her foundation line so everything is more so meant for creating a healthy foundation for hair growth . The lotion is meant to be paired with products that you may already have on hand. Alone it probably isn’t the best but with your already preferred styler it would enhance it. I’m excited to see how your review changes with more use!

ok but serious question, do y’all actually return hair products you’ve opened and used? i get it, its allowed but is that not the risk u take buying it in the first place. i mean you’ve stuck your hands in it and all. i get returning a pump bottle but id just give it to someone else or use it up
Yeah- to the store! Since this is solely an online launch, it makes things a bit difficult since you can’t go to a brick and mortar. For products I buy online, I can typically either find a way to go to a store that carries the item or I’ll get a shipping label if applicable. I hear you though, perhaps it isn’t super common but considering the new chapter of life I’m in with new finances, every penny counts! I’m sure some other people can relate. My total was $86.42- easy gas or grocery money.
None of the products I used I stuck my hand in for this video obviously, so I would’ve definitely loved to return the ones I didn’t like.
Immediately you purchase something here in Nigeria, that's the end. You can't return it. That's why I always do my due diligence by checking both written and video reviews before buying anything.
