      @@priyadayanandan9091 I just had full plate of salad during that time in the lunch. Fruits in morning after petha juice. And in evening salad and then normal home cooked food. Also, I followed 16 hours intermittent fasting everyday and 1 juice fast in a week.

    Sir mujhe IBS ka dikkat hai 5 saalo se,din me 3-4 baar toilet jaana padta hai aur kayi baar loosemotion bhi lag jaate hai,Iska koi pakka ilaaz bataye. Dhanywaad.

    Shukriya guru ji....Main bhi 4 saal se pait ki bimari se pareshan hoon..I will follow your advice ...Lekin agar kisi ne wajan badhana ho to kaise ...Khaye ki digest bhi ho jaye or weight bhi increase ho ...Plz suggest something...Thank u

      Pet ko pahle thik karna hoga. Parhez/upvaas ke alawa koi aur upay nahin. Vazan maa prakriti par chor den. Hosakta hai ki shuru mein kuch vazan ghate. Lekin pet aur haazma jab thik ho jayega toh vazan lagbhag ise diet se barh bhi sakta hai.Bhojan ko barhaya bhi ja sakta hai. Fikr na karen. Andar jo vaidnaath baithe hain voh bahut samjhdaar hain. vazan kab barhana kab ghatana hai, jaante hain.
