We got hammered with rain this summer in Nova Scotia. I made 1100 in July and squeezed 800+ out in early August(3 day stretch)and all the fields have been soup since. Terrible year and there will be a shortage of quality horse hay. We have about 1200-1400 bales worth standing and don't think we will get it tied up.
Ugh, so sorry to hear that. Have been struggling a lot in these parts too, some worse than others. Just seems like a terrible year everywhere, though I’m lucking out recently and making up *some* ground. I hope some nice weather makes it up your way soon!
Impressive - excellent video..👍
Idk what it is but I love to watch you work that old equipment so satisfying
Thanks so much! Glad it’s enjoyable, I certainly know what you mean 😊
Finally getting a good stretch of weather starting tomorrow up in VT...starting second cut.
Congrats! Same here, though now threatening clouds and showers on Monday. Mowed yesterday. We’ll see…

@@windrowfarm we will see what Sept brings. It's nice this week but down to 46 at nights with high of 75. Be ok if ground wasn't saturated.
We're you in Vermont that road looks familiar we had a camp in west Halifax
Nope, all in Conway, MA 😊
