It would be full of terrible philosophy bro hypotheticals and raging at people who find him funny or criticizing him. I've realized for a while now that he's the perfect stereotype of a sidekick: he enthusiastically supports the hero and believes in his style of arguing/defending his positions, but always does it worse and can never do it as good as the main character, in this case destiny

I agree with Dan that Soldierboy’s return should have been more impactful. But I disagree with number of supes. These are commercial products, there are a lot of them. But we really only focus on the 7, maybe three new supes in season 2, and a new supe team in season 3. The point wasn’t about taking out all of the supes, but to show just how human they are and butcher is seeing that. He’s no different than the supes (or his dad) so he would want to take himself out if he saw who he was becoming

There has always been a lot of supes. In the The Boys season 1 episode 1 they literally say there are 200+ active supes. Remember, vought has been making them since WW2, so there are probably hundreds more burnt out leftover supes/supes that aren’t quite powerful enough that aren’t out on the streets “fighting crime”.
It’s insane how little they take in from tv shows. Why even watch this stuff if you can’t pay attention to basic stuff?

I think Dan realized he fucked up and said, "oh yeah, in season 2" lol because when Starlight got locked up this season, she escaped with a phone flashlight.
Dan is totally right about Love Sausage. He originally appears in Stormfront's super-high-security laboratory, and then in season 3, he's just chilling at Herogasm like he's just a regular dude - in fact, he's demanding to see an invitation, which implies that he was given that task. So, maybe you think, "Oh, this must be some other dude with the same exact power," but the dude also says that MM looks familiar - meaning he saw him in Stormfront's lab. AND in that same scene, he takes the name Love Sausage from a comment MM makes - the whole thing is just preposterous. I guess the show is implying that he was some rando pulled off the street to get experimented on, gained his powers, escaped, and in the next year somehow got invited to Herogasm (despite not being a public hero in any way, because he had no superhero name, nor probably any practical crime-fighting use for his magnum dong). Let's face it, it makes no sense, it's just a continuity error.
They experimented on a ton of kids because compound v gives you random ass powers.
Once the kids developed powers Vaught kept an eye on them to see who had useful powers and/or lock the extremely dangerous ones up.
Notice how there's no super powered "villains" the 7 fights.
Dan is HORRIBLE on his takeaways with the boys. Jesus, lol. Not to mention it's genuinely comical how far off the mark he is with his prediction on how the story ends if they go anywhere along with how the comics played out.

I feel like the real goal of the main cast in The Boys is to take down Vought. I know Butcher always talks about wanting to kill all the supes, but even he doesn't seem to truly want to kill literally all of them. He's really just talking about the supes that are giant dickheads, like Homelander, who are super irresponsible to the point where they put innocent people at risk.

The pacing of said plot should delacately weave in and out of those light hearted moments without discounting prior tragedies... 1/10, bunny rabbit was super annoying and the fart jokes got old.

Spoilers here. Season 3 of the boys was too transparent in who they were marketing to, and it was Twitter kids.
Representing everything on the Left as righteous and everything on the Right as a stereotype. It pulled me out of the immersion and I was forced in to remembering the show is a product and not a story. Like how the three main characters to take down Soldier Boy? Maeve, Kamiko, and StarLight. Guuurl powa! Except none of them had any involvement with the character's story in the season, they just pushed all the relevant characters of SBs story to the side so the chicks can be the ones to take him down. Christ, MM was the only relevant one involved and even then they dropped the ball as for some unknowingly reason he calls SB "just another racist f*ck we can't get rid of"...I spent a good five seconds just staring at my GF wondering wtf that was supposed to mean as SB is arguably many bad things but there wasn't a theme of him being racist in the show, they just threw that in there because WOO! ISNT RACISM BAD, KIDS?!
Not to mention when StarLight was powering up her attack and Huey was watching through the cameras and this super tense moment with the biggest "Get 'em chaaaaald" cheesy smile on his face as if the show had to tell us, "BE PROUD OF STARLIGHT, MOTHERF*CKER!", I genuinely burst out laughing at that point.
Also, someone wanna tell me how tf Maeve survived the height of a literal Skyscraper after being hit with SB's blast that instantly turns any supe hit by it human if not entirely disintegrated? You see her at the end surviving both the blast and the fall as a human with a broken arm and a bruised face, like no...No...You should be the sidewalks new paint job that some poor street cleaner has to mob up.
Man, this season was such bullsh*t. The only part that stands out as good is Soldier Boy, that was a good addition. I also liked A-Trains journey but my God, the show was pretty bad this season. I hope the negative response to the last episode gets them to just try and make a good story without doing all of this people pleasing crap at the expense of the show. I won't hold my breath.
