I'm SO STOKED on this ride.
It always amazes me how such a last minute, spur of the moment simple thing as an afternoon ride can make such a lasting impression.
This afternoon I remember specifically sitting in my van outside of Dakota's house working all day. I noticed that my productivity was dipping something fierce, so I quickly reached for my phone and before I could think twice about it texted "yo, wanna go ride Hartman's?"
.... 4 seconds later...
"HELL YA BUD!"
....20 minutes later....
Rubber and paws are hitting the dirt at the trailhead for what turned out to be such a fun ride. I'm really stoked on some of the features both of us hit, how much fun it was to ride with Ryder, and honestly just my new found friendship with Dakota, who I met through the channel! This dude is a serious ripper, and even more... super humble. Definitely go check out his latest video on his UA-cam channel for a mind blowing ride on Treasury Mountain. We are already scheming to get back up there!

usually just bring a foldable bowl and sacrifice all my water to her! Some dogs need way more water than others for sure!

Gotta love a vid with bikes and dogs on great trails! Some rad lines and good riding in this vid. Oh, and appreciate the edited "bleeps" on the language. I know it's not a big deal to adults, but my 5, 7 and 9 year old watch a lot of MTB vids. You know, kids parrot everything they hear, and don't know when to use some words.... and when not to!

I had a border collie for fifteen years, best dog ever. sometime maybe another border, might name him or her maxxis or something. love that part of Colorado, takes this texas boy a day and a half to get there. perfect time of year!

I went to Hartman's Rocks this past June because of your first video from there. Spectacular area. I didn't want to leave. Definitely going back next year. So many trails I didn't hit.

Nice!!! I lived in Gunnison I went to Western State... I remember Hartman’s Rocks back then there was a huge clean up going on the soil was contaminated with radioactive particles from the mining. Glad to see it’s recovered and great place to ride
