Hey, I think the comparison between ELF Halo Glow and Kay Beauty highlighter is inaccurate purely on the basis of how much product you get in both. In ELF you get more than 30ml for 1750 whereas Kay Beauty is 900 something just for 8.5ml, so it’s actually way more expensive cost per ml
you can say so when we talk about weight, but elf has base mixed in it already and kay is pure highlighter, so you will end up using lesser product

Yes that’s right But it’s pure highlighter and you don’t need to apply too much
I really don’t think elf n kay are dupes! One is highlighter n other is kinda base product with highlighter
I am not saying dupe dupe per say… but as I said you can’t use something with that much amount of highlight as a base, I have done that and it looks bad you will ultimately end up using it only on your high points just like any other highlighter
