Stayed downtown for a week in June to be sure about wanting to move here. Now we will retire in GVL in October 2024. I won’t cry leaving Michigan behind. Thank you for this video reminding me of all the walking I did exploring the city!
@@ТараБургустина I’m happy for you that you’re content in MI. I don’t like the government or the extreme winters. I find there are many more things to do that I like in Greenville!
What sets this large town apart from most others is the abundance of trees and shrubs. I think this town is prettier than Charleston. Greenville reminds me of a miniature version of Atlanta. Trees really have an impact on the beauty of a town.
Why compare rather enjoy the scenery shown. Every place has its charm and history. Visiting vs living here or anywhere are two different factors. Few are welcomed and many don't want new transplants. Remember everything that glitters isn't good. Do your due diligence before making any moves anywhere. 🙏🏾❤️
@@MissHumanity1016 most people are transplants. Few people stay where they grew up. Last I checked it’s a free country. People in Greenville are friendly, you’re just trying to discourage others
Tree lined streets and it looks as though the drivers are considerate of the pedestrians walking. That’s a plus for me. I am looking to move after I complete my radiography program and it looks like Greenville might be on my list to check out. Thanks for sharing❤
I must say something you must have did this drive through during the early morning hours because the streets are usually so congested to the point of not really moving same with walking also most of the time and take this as a resident who has live in Greenville since birth most people do not pay attention to how they are driving nor care that much at all about it. It has also become on affordable for most of the long time residents do to all the people moving here. As a long time resident please stop moving here it only forcing the people who already can't afford it to have to move out or become homeless.if this to and I seem out of it I have bad ADHD and am not that good at communicating that well other wise enjoy your stay
I moved to the Greenville area from the Washington DC area when I retired 9 months ago. Love the small town feel.
It's a nice spot to retire
We do love our city
I can see why. It's a good spot

The massive abundance of crime hidden in this vid
There is crime everywhere.
@@CarolJoyablethey were joking. Trying to deter people from moving here
@@twelveshepherd9331 Well thank the Lord! Because I’m moving there October 2024!
@@CarolJoyable Does Greenville have too many people from Ohio and Michigan?
@@bgl9935 I sure hope not! Seriously I haven’t a clue. But I know they are getting at least two more!
