You point it forward and pull the trigger, making the blade extend forward indefinitely until it hits something. Looks like a normal knife, so you can trick your enemies into thinking your harmless from a distance.

Technically, the second AK already exists, it’s an attachment patented around WW1. It’s called the Alof’s Mousetrap. Forgotten Weapons did an episode on it, it’s great.
First one also kind of exists. AO-63. The TKB-059 is a triple barrel AK.

idea:
(tldr: gun that has adjustable firerate, with the damage corresponding to the firerate, to keeps things balanced. for extra fun, it shoots knives)
a gun that lets you select the speed of which it fires. however, the twist is that it shoots knives (optionally, stealthed knives), and the speed affects the size and damage of said knives. the faster it shoots, the smaller and less lethal knives (but its easier to hit enemies cuz faster firerate). the same for the slower it shoots, although to make the slower modes useful - but not too OP, the damage is increased by 1.5^x the decreased speed (so if you go with half the speed, the damage and size will become multiplied by 2.25 rather than just 2, so it scales but not too much)
the knives part is more to make it more fun, so whether bullets or knives is up to you. ive just found this idea really interesting for some time

A revolver style shotgun and the loading chamber is longer to store more shells and it has a gas powered latch that hits each shell from the side of the base causing it to release a powerful spread of armor piercing and explosive pellets(it's full auto too)
WARNING: may or may not create a deadly robot that shoots tanks rounds and missiles with a very high firing speed and bottomless supply of ammunition due to having matter manipulation technology and may cause blindness on first creation

Here's a couple of ideas for the next video:
1. Have a gun that shoots people with bullets that will inject them with substances, such as acid, mustard gas, or nyquil, but you also have to make a bullet that holds the substance
2. Make a gun that has a blackhole in the magazine that is filled with bullets, so it has an infinite amount of ammo, which would solve the issue you were trying to solve in the last video of having to reload guns, as the PP-90 still has to eventually be reloaded, and the "infinite" magazine holder and ejector would still be impractical, as you would still hit a doorway unless it had little ammo, and let's be real, no one is able to stretch their necks to see out of the sight line.

A knife that works like the knife pistol. Its a diffrent kind of knife,and its the biggest one. It supposed to blackmail the enemy into thinking you have no guns on you,but rigth at the end of your knife, is a PUMP SHOTGUN. It does everything that the knife pistol does,but its shotgun shells that come with it have small blades at the end. The shells are also explosive:D (Srry if none of this matches up)
Idea: give the nova slug rounds. Remove the old reloading style, and instead replace it with a m1 grand clip that can put 8 slug rounds on it and can eject the clip, because of this, you no longer have to pump the shotgun anymore. Also make it that it can semi-auto for fun. Oh i almost forgot, put a bipod on it to replace the pump.
A pistol for John Wick. Silenced 9mm but it shoots high pressured pencils. It has an adjustment knob for the sharpness of the pencil too. The magazine chamber comprises of a box of pencils 10 in number, to be precise. It also has a laser attachment, which is so powerful that the lazer burns through metal; more like a lightsaber. That is when your ammo runs out.

A German made smg with 8 select fire modes. The first few modes are just the ones you normally expect from a HK Mp5, but the next ones include Mute, Automatic Turret, Dubstep, Big Boolet and Fat Man.

i watched the first video ever released of this series back a few year i missed the feeling hopping on yt to watch my fav yt and feel good bc he dropped a new vid this just made me feel like a child i love it
Idea: a shot gun like the second shotgun ak47 but the barrel is floppy so you can hit enemies anywhere, behind you, in front of you, above you and anywhere else but because it has 6 other shots your guaranteed to kill all enemies in the area.
A chain gun, made to withstand a lot of rocket propelled grenades. It is very heavy, so you may need to stand it on a tripod. The gun looks like a Mini gun, with a shroud encasing the firing mechanism and almost all of the barrels, with a giant hole on the muzzle end for firing, think of it like a jet engine. It has 2 pistol grips, one in the front, one in the back, like a Tommy gun. The gun barrel and shroud is tubular, with a feed slot for belt ammunition consisting of tens of rocket propelled grenades for mutually assured destruction. Sights? Don't need one! The grips are integrated smoothly into the gun, and for ammo, you have to wear a backpack for the ammunition. Of course, the gun has a lot of recoil, and you can fly with the gun below you, blowing up the unlucky victims on the ground into a fine mist.

The Black Hole Shotgun:
As the name says it fires black holes. It works like a normal shotgun but the shells fire miniature black holes. 8 per shot. If you miss your shot then no worries! The black holes will pull in your enemies. (Just don't fire too close or you will be pulled in too.)
The black holes can stick onto any surface. Walls, ceilings, vehicles. You name it. As long as you either don't stand too close or keep your footing then the user wont get pulled in themselves.
The black holes have *almost* infinite range. (Please do not fire at the sun.)
Whats that? Are you asking how to get rid of the black holes? Well. If you are. Once the black holes has gained enough mass then it *explodes*. Pushing away anything in its path. Sometimes it will spray out a almost unknown substance. We have given it the name: *void*. On contact void can do one of two things. If it touches either clothes, armor, or any object. it will rip it out of existence. If it touches the human body... Well... We haven't gotten any volentiers. We might have to let you find out what it does.

The gun shoots regular small bullets that have tiny needles at their front, they deal damage equal to being hit by Nerf bullet, but what makes it "Safe" is that anyone shot by it will be slightly healthier, excess amount of shots heal so much the target gets cancer wherever they're shot at
this new machine looks like one day is going to break and create "Iron Blyat Destroyer 2.0"
Idea: a gun upgrade to Mia-owch's tail mount, that is basically just a hologram of a chewtoy, this will be important for a synced cursed gun combo.
For the other half the most important and vital one, Ammo's back mount gets a shotpg mixed with the *pump-off* while maintaining that hand from this episode and the hologram is both to send ammo to close the distance on the enemy and for the pump off shotpg to get close enough FOR DEVASTATING DAMAGE!!!!!
Alternatively a legonade launcher mount to ammo and a silenced awp for Mia-owch
