I know this is a weird workaround, but you could edit the JSON file to change the Martial Arts / Gaming Club / Photography members' personalities so that they won't attack you or take a photo of you, and then you can hear their club leaders kick you out of their club.

1) go into Cirno Mode
2) Kill at least one person
3) let the police be called
4) when the police timer gets like 5 seconds, spam the control button so that you use the powers at the end of the timer
5) the timer will glitch and stay at 00:00 forever, but you can move around and do what you want

Hey Jay, I have one! I found this out myself, it's kind of a dead-alive gitch and it works in the March 15th 2020 build, i'm not sure about any newer builds.
1. End a lifu, preferably MIDORI GURINUUUU
2. Make sure your feet have blood on them
3. Cleanse
4. Wait for the Light Music club leader to see the bloody footprints, get a teacher, and wait until Akane (red student council) goes into the room
5. End another lifu, preferably Inkyu or Sakyu Basu but don't let the other Basu sister see you do so
6. Head to the turtle, pull out your knifu, and let the teacher fight you
7. While you're fighting the teacher, Akane will pepperspray you, and then win the teacher
You can't move and Akane is jogging on top of the dead teacher.
If it doesn't work in a newer build, try heading back to the March 15th 2020 build!
