Good job! The fixed Carnage is an entirely new Carnage. The original disappointing and weird Carnage no longer exists.

There is an etsy seller who sells 3d printed Marvel legends heads from all sorts of movies and shows, including the 90s Spiderman series. They have an animated Cletus Cassidy head that would be perfect for this figure

thanks for the ideas Ken. I used my Marvel Select carnage as a template to colour in my VHS carnage.
The original Carnage is too funny and looks cheap. With your bold fixing, Carnage has a new and high-end look.

Yo this Carnage looks much better & more accurate than the original. You're getting very good at the Cell-Shading. I can see you customizing the rest of the Spider-Man 94 figures with similar results.

Are you gonna pick up all the vhs figures . You can use the Ben Riley figure and a carnage head to make the spider carnage

Why not to use pure IP alcohol to get rid of paint?
i got the same varnish as you but when i use it on abroken figure it looked weird do you have any tips using that varnish to protect my figures?
boss may be Hasbro at least hire you can show how proper shading should be done. you just got a subscriber.

Yours actually looks like you're getting your money's worth from the 2 pack compared to the original that looks like it should cost $10
The heads don't match because this figure is just a repaint of an older comic Carnage.
