When baul culture emerged bangladesh was a part of bengal. we dont know where baul culture exactly originates from, but it is west bengali literature that first records their existence. Lalon fakir was born in khulna, which completely borders several west bengal states. Our cultures are tied lol.

Lalon fakir was born in khulna, which completely borders several west bengal states. Our cultures are tied lol.
