Llangower loop

It’s the Bala at 50 gala and we’re in mid wales at Llangower loop on the Bala lake railway, this passing point is in the process of being resignalled to work off the new frame inside the new cabin, previously the signals were operated via the line of the points driven off the point rodding and selected by floating wheel detection.
We get a quick look at the opening up procedure ,the first passing trains and also a diesel rescue due to locomotive issues.

`After spending 1.4 million over the last ten years for the extension some knob head environmentalists in the district council (Not the town council) have now knocked back the extension proposal! These kinds of people make my blood boil. Ten years and now they object!
