Chocolate Cookies with Nuts, super tasty and easy

These big cookies contain a lot of chocolate chips and nuts. They taste super good.
Ingredients: (for 5 big cookies)
125g butter (soften at room temperature)
80g sugar （adjust based on chocolate)
1 egg (68g with shell)
200g cake flour
1.5g (1/4 tsp) salt
2g (1/2 tsp) baking powder
2g (1/3 tsp) baking soda
100g pecan (or other nuts)
200g chocolate (cocoa butter content 52%, chopped)
Preheat the oven to 210C /410F, bake for 20 minutes
