Last week on Sunday, September 6, the DHL tracking of this package had two entries: "Electronic Notification Received" (at h. 16.21) and then "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE" (at h 16.22). Since then, this package has been EN ROUTE for more than one week. And what makes me worry even more is that in the tracking system of the shipper (i.e., the forwarding agency MyUS of Sarasota, Florida) there is no entry relating "departure from origin sort facility" (while this entry appeared in the tracking of other recent packages I got from MyUS). My question is: do "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE" and "EN ROUTE" mean that DHL is actually in possession of this package and is actually carrying it? Or is this package still stuck in the warehouse of MyUS in Sarasota? Thank you in advance.
