That what if people are planning to buy exotic pets after March 2021 so they said people can buy but they need to produce proper documents from where they bought it and all . So Till March 2021 registration you don’t need produce any documents . Hope this clears your concern 😊

As far as I know! After that deadline when you will register you need to provide all documentation
