Lmao if there was more Jin you would’ve been thrown off guard cause his voice adapts to the songs so he lowkey sounds different in all of them.
I think he has the most distinct voice tho, I could pick him out immediately in almost all BTS songs
Yes his voice is distinct but we have heard enough of it to know it’s him. A lot of people haven’t heard enough of jin so it sounds very different to them.

The easiest to realize for me is V. Probs bcuz his tone is just too unique. Then its jimin bcuz of that highness and vocal technique. Jungkook and jin are hard.

The lack of Jin is so bad and they used a slip when he was Joking around! and also in the video the use REALLY bad clips of Jimin! And you can really see that they had Biases

And they only used ONE clip of Hobi and he wasn’t even rapping! The fan was clearly biased towards Jungkook and Taehyung because 90% of the clips were them. It’s a shame.

The fact that they only used two Clips of Jin is either low-key biased or slightly malicious. He has such a beautiful voice they should have used more clips plus there weren't any serious ones. Not sure if that was their intention but it does slightly come off that way.
They only had one clip of J-Hope.

@k k The point was to throw him off by using clips that DIDN'T showcase their vocals properly to see if he could still get them. Hints the joking Jin's, the young Jimin's, RM's high-pitched almost screech (which did trick him), and J-Hope's. Even all of Jungkook and V's were of karaoke, random or covers, which weren't showing their natural and perfect vocals.
Also, this video doesn't say guess the BTS VOCAL LINE but voice, but BTS MEMBERS by voice. I agree they used WAY too many Jungkook, but J-Hope got the crap straw with only 1 and he even has more vocal/singing opportunities than RM/SUGA.
However, regardless of how many they put of each member, he was able to identify each one (with exception to the RM one, which I don't blame him, I BARELY got it and only did because I know he's the KING of doing that stuff next to JIN). But I missed the J-Hope one, and Yoongi's last one (I thought it was J-Hope because it sounded too bright, go figure it was YOUNG Suga. o.o)

The lack of Jin and Jimin in this. Not to mention the clips they did use. The bias is shinning. They not once shown Jin in a serious light were he wasn't joking, then Jimin sitting on his phone and barely focused on the fact that he's singing along to Jin on the guitar. What was it, two clips of them both? Not much of Hobi either. Wow. Anyway, J-hope can in fact sing, you should dive into his vocal tone honestly, watch their live performance of Spring day is you haven't already as well as Rain. Some of Jin's solo tracks, and BTS Jimin Live High Notes, and Raspy Voice. Yes, Jimin's and Jin's growth is incredible. Their tones are amazing and under-appreciated.
Jimin and Jin are amazing singers, they deserve more appreciation for their vocals. And our Hobi is so good.

I feel like this wasn’t the best “guess the voice” video, there are other better ones out there, so I’d love to see another bts version. Like the video was not dispersed evenly at all, they only put jin twice, there are others with a lot more balanced distribution. Not to mention there are better clips for the rap line in general, pretty much did the hyung line dirty in this vid.
The point of this was to USE CLIPS THAT WOULD THROUGH HIM OFF AND NOT GUESS IT CORRECTLY!!!! If they were going to use perfect audio might as well have used the albums. Sheesh.

I'm disappointed that there weren't more J-Hope and Jin hidden vocals in here. Those two members have underestimated voices--it would have increased the difficulty of this challenge too.

The 2nd clip is actually one of my favorites of his that shows him practicing & low-key playing w/ his voice (if they had shown the whole of it) - you can hear the raw qualities w/o the polishing & it's just as lovely, if not more so. They're each of them my bias & bias-wrecker....

For the vocalist, they definitely did Jimin and Jin dirty. What the hell? They had like 2 vids each and the ones of Jimin weren’t even good. They were clearly V and Jungkook biased. And for Hobi, he only had one vid too. SMH. This video wasn’t made fairly.

Jhope is an all rounded artist, honestly. He started as a vocalist who can street dance. But he learned how to rap and now he is a rapper in BTS. BUT(!) If you listen to some of their songs such as Spring Day, you can hear Jhope harmonize with the vocal line a lot of the time.
His dance is also amazing XD 💜💜

Coz Jin is a vocalist like jungkook, V and Jimin and THE VOCALIST who was praised by grammys. He is literally one of the best vocalist at the moment but they didn't include him.

The rap line has beautiful vocals. The person who made this video just didn't include them. But Jimin was still a great vocalist in his young years, Suga could sing well, RM can sing.

It would have been more difficult if jin and jimin were there more. While they both go high it is difficult to distinguish between their voices. And also it is difficult to differentiate when the rap line sing in a lower register.

He just wanted himself to shine because if jimin and jin had more clips he wouldn’t have guessed them right. He is saying jimin has proved his vocals like bro he always had and he never needed an improvement. V and jungkooks voice are easily recognizable as v has deepest and jungkook has lightest vocal. He did dirty cause he didn’t knew armys will bomb them with reports. And we know that our kings have best voices so his reaction doesn’t even matter a bit.
A group that i think you would really like is Stray Kids. They are mostly rapped base but all members have grate vocals. Songs you should check out are: Blueprint, Never Ending Story, Astronaut, and Sunshine.
Little background on the group. They are a 8 member (originally 9) boy group that has 5 rappers and 3 singers, but everyone can rap and sing. They debuted in 2018 with the album I am NOT and song District 9, they also have a predebut mixtape with a song call Hellavator.
He is literally slowly becoming an ARMY ngl. I also love how he supports all the other groups and not just BTS💜

im just really happy all of them have different voices form each other, really helps with the identity of bts as a whole. ik many boy bands that have the similar sounding members and its not a bad thing, but for me, it just throws me off becuase i cant tell their voices apart and i REALLY love telling voices apart lol
BTS members have unique vocals with their own unique voice characteristics so it is very easy to recognize their voices. unlike other kpop idols that on average have the same or similar sound color and are difficult to recognize.

I’m honestly impressed by how well you know their voices!! I’m not a vocal coach but it took me a long time to be able to recognize their voices 😂 now they could say one word and I’ll know who it is aha!
Please look at rapline singing! J hope has an amazing singing voice, he was supposed to be a singer, but V wanted to, so he learnt how to rap instead. J hope sings in Ego, MAMA, Airplane and Day Dream, which are songs from his mixtape. (: Suga also has a very nice singing voice. Check out Set Me Free on his D2 mixtape, Seesaw and Moonlight. RM sings in his Mono mixtape, I Know which is a duet with Jungkook, and Reflection(Please watch reflection from lyrics) For each rapper, the best singing song for me are Set Me Free for suga, (but seesaw is also great), Otsukare for J hope(Its a suga duet though, watch it live), and Reflection lyrics for RM. Thank you!
I am giving a thumbs up to the part about JHopes vocals really being amazing and a thumbs down to the ongoing fable of supposed to be a singer but traded with V.

But seriously, bighit told Hobi to be a vocalist and a dancer, but then tae joined, and hobi had to learn how to rap, as Tae wanted to sing. There are lots of proof in articles, and a couple interviews back in Korea he talked about him wanting to become a vocalist.
