Queen filled that stadium twice (144,000 total) and still could have sold more tickets in 1986, but the stadium was booked. They ended up doing a live concert at Knebworth Park with 120,000 people there - the last live concert performed by Freddie Mercury.
Thanks! They sold out two concerts at Wembley so fast they added another concert as the last of the tour. 72,000 here, but up to 250,000 at 'Rock in Rio' - check out Love of My Life from that one. Their tour in 1986 was *all* stadiums. Unreal.
I really love this concert miss this man that i never met before😥You can see in his eyes that he's little tired or in pain but he still stood up and gave all his best. I really admire and respect him to the highest😊. Btw have you heared the "last word"of this song?? You gotta check it back lol
I’m with you! I wish I could feel that electricity when Freddie came striding out onto the stage. I can feel it through the screen of my iPad, what must it have felt like to really be there? From this same Wembley concert, Now I’m Here. It’s even more electrifying!
Congratulations on not stopping every five seconds. I mean it! So many reactors stop so often, not even to say anything worthwhile, they can’t possibly get a full appreciation for the song, all because they think they’ll get blocked. Queen generally don’t block, you weren’t. Queen ✅ tick, no pausing ✅ tick, appreciation for what you’re watching ✅ tick! Three ✅ ticks, you just got yourself a sub. Next check out Now I’m Here at this same Wembley concert
Thankyou! This is really my favourite, always get chills to look at the setup stage, all those people and crew, and the power of their opening 😍 I hope you will check out more Queen. I suggest Fatbottemed girls live at the Bowl. Much bless dear!
I'm subscribed ever since you did Queen, One Vision was written by the drummer Rodger Taylor and it was a tribute to Martin Luther King we should check out the documentary as a reaction
Love your reactions and your enthusiasm for Queen music , you have just begun the journey! Here is few more to react to .......... White Queen Live at Hammersmith, I Want it All, Under Pressure, Princes of the Universe, Seven Seas of Rhye, The Prophet Song I could go on and on👍🏻😎
it always makes me laugh when i see roger saying that, "we liked to blind them and deafen them in the first 10 minutes" 🤣🤣 and they did aswel, i was lucky enough to see them twice in scotland in 79 and 82 and they were the best 👑✊🇬🇧
Better opening... live at the bowl. "The hero/we will rock you(fast version) best form.wembley is great but this is 2nd night and Freddie obviously was I'll.. although nobody else knew..he did.
Yeah they sold out this 70k gig and the 120k gig in Knebworth 10 days later in 38 minutes. And at this time you can't buy a ticket online or over the phone... you must go by yourself to a fucking ticket shop ;)
Imagine being able to come out of the gate like that. The band were on fire at 10 straight away!
Queen are epic!! They cannot be beat.
I really miss the old Wembley Stadium, I mean the newish stadium is more modern etc but the old one , it was magical
I just wish I coulda experienced something like that. Especially at that old stadium.
The best performer ever!!!
Your reaction when Freddie comes out is just like all of us.... Holy shit..there is the G.O.A.T

Wow that makes it even more powerful knowing it was Freddie Mercurys last concert.
There was enough interest for tickets to do 7 nights at Wembley.
@@nairstudios91 I just wanted to point out that Freddie's last concert (knebworth) was just under a month after this.

And that, my beauties, is how you open a show...
I love this performance. So much excitement.
I’m getting excited just sitting in my house watching this. What an event!
Oh man..do the whole concert in sections!! Its fantastic 👏 👌 😀
I was there, roughly underneath the spotlight you see in shots of Freddie from behind, an unbelievable night.
Timeless.
Saw them live in Amsterdam ,Freddy could have done the whole gig without a mike.tremendous voice
I love your reactions to QUEEN !!!!

Liz,....Don’t let the truth get in the way of a good story🤩

Iconic, legendary, perfect

I really suggest you watch THE MAKING OF. one Vision , extended version. You're in the studio watching the making. Love it.

I’d love to do that. I’ll write it down.
@@nairstudios91 It's really great and not very long at all... I watch it once a week! LOL 🤣 ua-cam.com/video/ywATOmlX6n4/v-deo.html
Sorry but freddie originally wrote it
@@abg5hans Watch One Vision documentary. Roger wrote it and the others got their hands on it and made edits.
@@cspole3435 YEAHH YOURE RIGHT MAN HAHAHHAA, ROGER WROTE IT. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD PERFORMANCE.
Still got my vhs of this , amazing gig , miss ya Fred! ❤️ we need more people like you!
I was born in the wrong era! Thanks for the support!
One Vision is the best entrance song ever. You know it has a good intro synthesizers and coming from an heavy round of basses, so good to listen.
Live it & love it
Thanks brother

Freddie: YOUR KING HAS ARRIVED!!!
Oh yes, the whole stadium just for Queen fans...
I just wish I had a time machine to go back and be able to see them live...
Love of My Life, from Rock in Rio, will amaze you. 250,000 in audience sing the song to Freddy.
Love your reactions and your enthusiasm for Queen music , you have just begun the journey! Here is few more to react to .......... White Queen Live at Hammersmith, I Want it All, Under Pressure, Princes of the Universe, Seven Seas of Rhye, The Prophet Song I could go on and on👍🏻😎
You should watch the studio version of One Vision (extended), it’s much longer and a lot of fun
The twirl gets me every time. Great performance.
Pink Floyd could fill a stadium, too. I was there once 😎
Also, Led Zeppelin & some more. Queen was the 1st band to get the audience to participate!
“Deaf em, blind em and leave them wanting more” was their motto
it always makes me laugh when i see roger saying that, "we liked to blind them and deafen them in the first 10 minutes" 🤣🤣 and they did aswel, i was lucky enough to see them twice in scotland in 79 and 82 and they were the best 👑✊🇬🇧
First time i saw them was in 1975 at a 4,000 seat auditorium. Little did i know 🥰
In 1985 these Wembley concerts- Queen sold out 2 consecutive nights packed out!! Minimum 72,000 each night
Lol brilliant
There is also a documentary of them writing this song
105,000 people were there.❤
Nuff said!
Now that's a way too open a show! And no wonder Dr. Brian May was voted #1 guitarist in Guitar" magazine.
You should react to start double at Wembley 86 of One Vision and Tie Your Mother Down the crowd go nuts. It is fab.
72 thousand people
Better opening... live at the bowl. "The hero/we will rock you(fast version) best form.wembley is great but this is 2nd night and Freddie obviously was I'll.. although nobody else knew..he did.
Just a good son and listen to th last 2 words. None of them could think on an ending that rhymed but came up with 'fried chicken.". ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
For me Wembley the stadium was once bigger and bigger than it is now
There was enough demand for 7 nights but the stadium wasn’t available so they did the big Knebworth show instead.
You need to watch Queen Rock Rio 250 thousand people the largest paying crowd all time
Watch the documentary on the making of one vision
Roger wrote this about Martin Luther King, Jr
Over 72 thousand
Yeah they sold out this 70k gig and the 120k gig in Knebworth 10 days later in 38 minutes. And at this time you can't buy a ticket online or over the phone... you must go by yourself to a fucking ticket shop ;)
React to ROSALÍA _ Me Quedo contigo, 🤚🇪🇸
Actually no seats. Their standing.
