What an episode. One of the best of the series. RIP GRIMMER
Man that poor girl and the old man!
@@mikechicago6200Some poor or old men resist in their life to make their own magnificent story and some poor men give up to the darkness of nihilism and absurdity.
We all need a minute after that one.
Grimmer 😢 what a legend
I start to watch Monster for Johan (as I think most of fans) but Grimmer is definitely my favorite character in series. I would say, he is my favorite side character out of all anime.
His death is also special to me because: 1) it's rare for me to cry about heroes death. I mostly cry about villains. But Grimmer is a rare exception. 2) This death make you cry but when you think you stop then Bonaparta has breakdown and when you see how remorse he is - you start crying twice uglier. Well, at least that's how I'm.
Mr.Grimmer😭😭😭💜
Man my this is prolly favorite monster episode for what it means just the sheer emoition of these last couple episodes is unmatched just three more to go
my favorite episode, and i've been waiting for you to react to it. let's see...
El año pasado terminé de ver Monster y Grimmer fue mi personaje favorito, you were the best Grimmer !
Damn this was a hard watch but glad that we got to see this reaction. RIP Grimmer
Sos un grande Wolfgang Grimmer siempre estaras en nuestros corazones
Oh yeah, my favourite Wolfgang Grimmer.
It's the most fascinating beautiful character's story in this show for me: the man who proved that kindness and heroism can be born from the epicentre of suffering.
As he said in this episode: "Don't just follow orders, you're men, not machines! In your hearts you know what's right, the answer is sitting there waiting for you. Are you brave enough to look inside yourselves?"
Grimmer had a lack of care and love inside him but he takes care of others like children, Tenma, Suk and he was friendly with Lunge.
Grimmer is a such precious optimist and resistant character.
And as he said "is it the true sadness?! is it the true happiness?!"
A happy ending for him because finally his emotions are returned to behave as a normal human but a sad ending for us.
13:27 this line I think is very important to my interpretation of the ending. I didn't cry when I watched but it got me during this reaction. RIP Grimmer
Roberto and Johan are one of the most evilest characters in manga/anime!
They are the results of: Franz Bonaparta
One of them kills for pleasure and the other kills without purpose just because he despised life and existence, he is just the incarnation of the nameless monster in the comic book of Bonaparta .
They are evil because they have the lack of care or love, they feel unwanted like Grimmer, the only difference is that: Grimmer resists and takes care positively of others.
The symbolism of names in Monster is care because calling a person by his name is the small behavior means that someone cares about him and because without care or interest or belonging it can't be Identity.
This episode destroys me every single time
Hyped for ep 72
Of course Lunge wasn't wrong because It was no evidence that proved Johan's existence or Johan's crimes but after following a few clues especially the comic book of Bonaparta + when he reincarnated Johan's mindset in episode 39 he started to understand everything.
Lunge was bold to say sorry after making his final conclusion.
😢❤
pour one out for Grimmer the goat🫡😔
