What do use to fill the tear trough?
Hi Trish, that really depends on the patient! There are several great fillers on the market or for a more permanent option you can use your own fat.
The vector direction worries me if i push my skin anywhere 30 degrees or straight to the ear other than vertically my mouth looksfunny stretched i saw a surgeon who demonstrated to me what i could look like and he pulled my lower face 30 degrees and i had a funny pulled mouth it puts me off going im on my 3rd consultation which costs money but i wont have it done until i see a surgeon who understands my face and that all facelifts are not to be done the exact same way on every patient
