What is crazy is I've been doing some massive healing from a narcissistic relationship. This literally came at the right time. How incredible and so powerful. The energy and emotions I felt were amazing and a definite release for me. I finally feel like I've let that person go and I've forgiven all of the trauma. Thank you so much for this. 🥰

I started the meditation wanting to forgive someone who I want to reconcile with but ended up seeing myself at the place of the person who i wanted to forgive. I forgive my old self right now and i am free from all my old patterns ❤️
